Perodua Service review: Alignment and balancing

I will always book appointment for my car service. And I have requested for alignment and balancing in each service but none of the service advisor has solved my problem. They keep giving excuses. Today 18/2/2021 I came to DMM Selayang Service Centre. I have requested for alignment and balancing on the day I have book the appointment but now the service advisor is telling the person in charge who is repairing alignment and balancing is on leave. I really feel very disappointed with Perodua. I have went to Toyota and Nissan service too but they are really professional.
