Home Fidelity Warranty review: After waiting 2 days my service order was cancelled

I had an appointment with Ecosystems today 2/17 between 1 and 5. They called and confirmed. I then get a call from Home Fidelity saying a person from another company will be at my home tmw. I told him I was waiting on Ecosystems today, but he ignored what I said and kept saying tmw. I have already waited 2 days. My 82 year old mother lives with me and this is wrong that she does not have heat for 2 days. I am very disappointed. When I tried to call and rectify this situation and have the work order reinstated. The operator said she could not help me. Eco systems was baffled as to why the work order was cancelled also. They said If Home warranty called them and reissued the work order they would accomodate me right away. Did I mention I have an elderly person who needs heat? I have been a customer for 8 years!
