I tried calling Perfect Tux to inquire about my order, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So, I decided to send them an email on 04/15/22 to see what was going on. Luckily, I received a response from Mel who informed me that the shipping department had confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. I was relieved to hear that my order was on its way, but unfortunately, the jacket still hadn't arrived.
I checked the status of my order on their website and to my dismay, it still hadn't been fulfilled. I was really frustrated because now I had to scramble to find my son a jacket for his prom on Saturday. It was really disappointing because I had high hopes for Perfect Tux and their service.

Ordered a tuxedo from PerfectTux website and they lost my package. I was supposed to get my order on a certain date, but nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and they said that they need some time to check what was going on. Later they said that my package was shipped but it was lost during the shipment. They promised to fix their mistake, but nothing was done! I have no tracking number and don't know anything about the status of my order! I need my tuxedo as soon as possible!
