As soon as I put it on, the black sequins started flipping over and showing this ugly silver line all over the place. It looked like something you'd find at a thrift store. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it, the company was all like "nah, we don't take returns." What kind of nonsense is that? A good company would stand behind their products and take care of their customers. But not these guys. So if you're thinking about ordering from Perfect Tux, I'd say think twice. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

I got my man's tux from Perfect Tux, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a bumpy ride. I picked out a burgundy color, but when it arrived, it was more of a maroon. Well, it's been a week since then, and I still haven't gotten that email or my refund.

They really take their sweet time getting the product to you, like they're not in any rush at all to ship it out. If I had to do it all over again, I'd just stick to eBay.

I bought a tux from Perfect Tux and when it came, my son said it wasn't the right color. So I asked for a return and they said yes. I sent it back the next day with UPS and it got there in two days. But now it's been almost three weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've called them and left messages and sent emails but they haven't answered me yet. It's not good to take this long, especially when prom is coming up soon. I think they should be faster with their process.

Got the Indigo Suit set for my boy's 8th grade prom from Perfect Tux. The suit looked so cool in the picture, but when we got it, it was a total bummer. The blue was darker and duller than we expected, and it looked dusty too. We were so disappointed! However, I was disappointed with the Women's tuxedo jacket that I ordered. I used my measurements and matched them with their size chart, but the size 4 jacket was way too big for me. It looked like a clown costume! I know that I ordered a 4R and I'm actually a 4P, but it was still much bigger than a size 6 jacket. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it to a special event.

Despite my disappointment, I have to say that the customer service at Perfect Tux is amazing. They were very understanding about my situation and helped me with the return process. I'm really grateful for their help and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tuxedo or formal wear.

I was so excited to order a tuxedo jacket for my son's prom from Perfect Tux on 04/09/22. I even paid extra for 3-5 day shipping so that I could have enough time to get all the accessories before the big day on 04/23/22. However, things didn't go as planned and I found myself in a bit of a pickle.

I tried calling Perfect Tux to inquire about my order, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So, I decided to send them an email on 04/15/22 to see what was going on. Luckily, I received a response from Mel who informed me that the shipping department had confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. I was relieved to hear that my order was on its way, but unfortunately, the jacket still hadn't arrived.

I checked the status of my order on their website and to my dismay, it still hadn't been fulfilled. I was really frustrated because now I had to scramble to find my son a jacket for his prom on Saturday. It was really disappointing because I had high hopes for Perfect Tux and their service.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Perfect Tux. While I appreciate Mel's response to my email, it's frustrating that I couldn't get anyone on the phone to speak with directly. Additionally, the fact that my order still hasn't been fulfilled is really disappointing. I hope that Perfect Tux can improve their service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

But let me tell you, returning their stuff ain't no joke. You gotta be on your toes, cuz they might try to pull some shady stuff on you. I'm talking about them trying to take some of your cash, ya feel me? So my advice is, if you gotta return something to PerfectTux, make sure you record the whole thing. Like, video it and stuff. That way, you got proof if they try to play you. Trust me, I learned the hard way. Don't be a victim like me, guys. Stay safe out there.

I would like to return an item, but I don't know how to do it. The reason: your representatives ignore my messages and phone calls. I want to know why.
Let me start from a fact that I got a defective item. A shirt with a small hole outside. Yes, it's repairable, but I didn't pay for this, so I have the right to return it.
I tried to phone your customer service several times, left messages and sent emails. None of it was answered. Is anyone here working for you?

Ordered a tuxedo from PerfectTux website and they lost my package. I was supposed to get my order on a certain date, but nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and they said that they need some time to check what was going on. Later they said that my package was shipped but it was lost during the shipment. They promised to fix their mistake, but nothing was done! I have no tracking number and don't know anything about the status of my order! I need my tuxedo as soon as possible!
