had a issue with a bill this month.I waited for a agent over a hour on hold. finally got a agent,they told me that our account would be on a 30 day hold, will not have service interrupted and nothing will be billed extra. I did ask them if i should just pay the bill first and got told by the agent that i shouldn't while the account was on hold because it can mess up the bill agistment. It's now 28 days later and now their trying to double bill for this month and next month! There was no agistment made what so ever and now their trying to say we owe them $900 dollars! this is insane and I will be calling back but this is fustrating.
