They always answered my calls and emails, even on weekends. The maintenance team was quick to fix any issues I had in my apartment. The only thing I didn't like was the rent increase every year, but I guess that's just how it goes. Overall, I would definitely recommend Property Specialists, Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

I gotta say, Property Specialists, Inc. is the bomb. I had this issue with an outside socket, and they got on it real quick. Like, I sent in my complaint and they had a work order going in minutes. And the best part? They fixed it up super fast. I've never had a bad experience with these guys. They're just plain awesome.

so i gotta say, these guys at PSI are pretty legit. my dude *** helped me out with this gnarly plumbing problem i had in my crib, and he was all professional and understanding and whatnot. every time i hit them up with a question or worry, they got back to me quick with a fix or an answer. so yeah, shoutout to them for holding it down.

They treat everyone fair and square, no matter who you are. Plus, they got this sweet online thingy where you can report problems and get answers from the bigwigs. And if you wanna know what's up with the money situation or when the next big meeting is, you can find all that jazz on there too. Overall, I'd say these guys are the real deal.

Their staff is so rude and discriminative, it's ridiculous. They don't give a darn about anything and what other people are saying on *** and other places is 100% true. *** is the property manager managing outdoor of the properties and parking spots in Westwood area in ***. At first, they helped the *** board to swap the parking signs from "23 hour Parking" to "For Guests Only" without any prior notice or voting. Then, they cut a deal with a towing company to tow or flag vehicles of just a hand full of people, not all the violators. Mostly immigrants and minorities are getting their cars towed, flagged, or receiving violation notices. It's just not fair!

I got 5 neighbors who ain't been getting their mail for like 4 months now. Our mailbox got messed up by some outside fools and the post office can't even open it. We hit up Property Specialists, Inc. and they said it ain't their problem, it's the post office's. But the post office says it's the property management's problem. It's already October and they said they ordered parts and a new box was on the way, but it's almost December now and we ain't heard nothing and still no new box. We gotta go to the post office every time we want our mail, which is a pain in the butt when you work the same hours as the post office. Not cool, man.

I live in this nice condo, but the front and back doors are messed up and need fixing. It took forever to get the property people to come out and fix them, and they're only fixed a little bit. They still need to be replaced. This is a big safety problem because the back door was open and someone could break in. Also, the lights in the hallway were out for a long time, so it was super dark and dangerous. I talked to the property people and they said they'd fix it, but then they said they couldn't because they didn't have the right light bulbs. Now they're saying they won't replace the lower light bulb because the top light is bright enough. That's crazy! These things are important for safety and they're not doing their job. I'm really disappointed and they need to get their act together.

I've been living at this place for over 9 years now and I gotta say, Property Specialists, Inc. ain't worth a dime. I've been trying to get in touch with them about a pest problem with ants coming in from my neighbor's side, but they don't give a damn. The neighbors are renters and they say it's not their problem, it's their landlord's. But these Property Specialists don't even return my emails or answer their phone. They're hiding behind COVID like it's some kind of excuse. The ants were so bad, there were holes in my walls! I had to file a claim with my insurance company because of all the damage caused. These people need to pay for the damage, pest control services, my insurance deductible, and everything else. It's been a real bullying situation. They're playing games and working with the neighbors to create problems behind my back. These neighbors, their landlord, and the association have even messed with my electric and made unnecessary noises all through the night. And it's all because of these damn common walls. Last year, I had ants in my kitchen and the association did nothing, so I had to take matters into my own hands and expose the common wall where the ants were coming in from. And wouldn't you know it, the ants stopped. These people are trying to make my life as difficult as possible just so I'll move out. It's wrong, it's illegal, and it's harassment.
