I purchased some items and when I got them they weren't as advertised. I emailed them 4 different times to inquire about their return procedure policy so that I could return and get a refund and no one ever contacted back and I also called and never got thru. I 'm so angry. I don't have money to throw away and they clearly aren't concerned. DO NOT BUY anything from them!

Claimed loss: the items I ordered were supposed to be large stackable foldable boxes that I intended on using when moving and because they were not as durable and sturdy as they were advertised.

Desired outcome: Return of merchandise and I want a refund of my money. I need someone to contact me back ASAP
