I ordered Provitalize supplements at the cost of R8,023 on March 21 2022. I received an email confirming my payment. I have sent several emails inquiring about the delivery date but there has been no response from PC Link. I emailed Garth, Enquiry and Support but they have not responded at all. The website states to expect delivery within 10- 25 days yet they do not communicate to explain the delay. This is unacceptable. I have since requested a refund but received no response.

On 14/2/22 I ordered 2 portable speakers, order number #29198. I paid R30,698.

There has been no delivery. They don't answer phones or respond to mails.

Good day. I purchased some camera and computer hardware from PC Link Computers in February 2022, and the amount I have paid them was R 8 015.00 and I never received the order. They said they will cancel the order and refund me the amount, but they never did! And I see now there is another company by the name of PC Link Shop on the Internet, which almost has the same name?

Can somebody please assist with catching these guys and trying to recover the money they have taken or stolen?

I purchased a replacement battery for R1040 for my Apple Watch on 8 March 2022. After a month, when enquiring re the state of the order, I received an email response advising that the supplier was out of stock and that a refund would be processed back to my account. I have since enquired 3 times about the status of the refund without receiving any response. I tried getting the payment gateway - PayFast - to assist in getting my money back. They tried but was unsuccessful. They have since disabled Pc Link's account on their platform and have suggested I take legal action against the seller.

The following items have been ordered from PC Link Computers CC, Florida, Gauteng. (

No goods have been received. No refund has been received.

The company does not respond to email, phone call or apparently a knock on their door at their Florida address.

It now appears as though their web site is offline and for all intents and purposes this company is now bust.

What is the potential for recovery.

I have the following two orders with them that are outstanding:

Order #28665: R2,152.00 (VAT Incl) - Retainer Brite 1 Year Supply, 384 tablets, Ordered 26th Jan 2022

Order: #186956: R6,000 (VAT incl) - 2x WD RED 6TB Nas HDD, Ordered 1 April, 2022

Placed order after checking company out. House full of consignment and stock. They looked legit.

Placed the order and paid same day.

7 February 2022. Order placed. Payment same day. R834 INCLUSIVE of Vat. Delivery between 10 to 25 working days. Still no delivery. Called and goes directly to voice note. Sent emails, still nothing.

In April decided to request refund. Still nothing. Demanded refund. Was told via email that supplier kept on delaying delivery date.

10 May 2023, still no refund and no delivery.

Went to the house at 8 Peck Ave and notice on gate "DUE TO COVID, WORKING REMOTELY"

Paid for 2 x Mecer Inverters on 24/3/2022 on line.

Has not been delivered.

PC Link not responding to e mails.

PC Link phone number is of no help with message saying to send e mail for queries.

What the hell ?

Ordered and paid for a hard disk in 28 February 2022 for R5690. Order still not received. Asked for a refund. Refund not received.

Then I looked back in my emails and saw that in fact I paid for a printer in 15/10/2016 for R7481 which was also never received and never refunded (despite emailing them for a refund). This is a fraudulent website. I have been scammed R13 171 in total.

On Feb 8 I ordered a DELL USB hub and a brother printer from PCLINKSHOP.co.za. after not receiving delivery I contacted them via email (phone has a recording). I was informed that the goods were damaged and they no longer had stock and they would process a refund. I have repeatedly followed up with emails with no response. I went to their physical address (8 Peck Avenue but it had a note saying they were working remotely due to covid. Looking at reviews it looks like a number of people have had teh same issue this year with them. Their website is now under Maintenance and a new website has popped up PCLINKSHOP.com which says it deals with imports.

Please see what you can do to contact them, shut them down and help get my money back.

I ordered a rechargeable battery charger at a cost of R1765 on 12\2/2022, two weeks later they informed me they couldn,t locate so they would refund my money in 5 to 10 working days.

I have sent numerous emails to them asking for my refund but to no avail, its been nearly 4 months now.

One can`t contact them by phone.

Good day. I have made a payment to PCLink Computers in Februaruy 2022 for the amount of R 8 015.00 for some camera equipment. They failed to supply until now and promised to refund the amount via Paygate, but nothing has been paid back? I have sent numerous emails and requested assistance, but nobody is returning my emails.

Please can somebody look into this, for it looks like they are scamming people and getting away with it.

On the 14 March 2022 I have place a online order from PC Link Computers and pay for it via DPO Paygate.

On the 17 March 2022 I try to contact PC Link Computer via phone number [protected] the phone message it to contact them via email ([protected]@pclinkshop.co.za) I have tried calling several times every day and send emails receive confirmation email with a number, but no response about my order.

On the 23 March I received a email from Dehan Williams This is the message I received (Good day Andre. I have sent the suppliers multiple emails regarding the waybill for the delivery to my office. They have not been able to assist me as of yet.

My apologies for the delay in this matter.)

Then on the 28 March 2022 I try again Try to call and emails them about my order as I did not hear anything from them. Sending everyday several emails and phone calls.

Up to date I did not received any refund or my order and try to get hold of them but no success in doing so

I ordered two Canon printers and paid for the both in February 2022. The website said that there was stock but after full payment it appears that there wasn't stock after all. I had to source the printers elsewhere and cancelled the order with PC Link. First of all they couldn't find record of the cancellation and upon my sending same they agreed to refund me the R 9035 that I had paid.

They said it would take about a week - this was now 28th Feb Still no refund -

Have dealt with them in the past without issue but think I will have to refer the matter to my attorney to get any joy from this issue.

I purchased online from PC link computers. This company is based in Roodepoort Gauteng. I received confirmation of the sale, but in two weeks no delivery. Their website is down and they don't answer telephone calls. Their shop is closed in Roodepoort, and there is no other way to make contact. I have sent e mails, but no reply. What can be done to stop this.

I have bought a Dell Wireless 5620 GOBI2000 WWAN 3G CARD OGV33N from PC Link Computers on March 02, 2022.

My order number is #29602

The first date of shipment I got was first week of April, then they changed to second week. Upon enquiry, I was then told the item will be shipped on the last week of April.

This people don't update me except change dates when I enquire.

I have recently asked them to return my money but they don't respond.

A definite fraudster - no reply on any e-mails. Nobody at "supposed" business address = 8 Peck Ave, Florida Glen. Just a note informing clients that a staff member contracted COVID and everybody is hence working from home? This is a residential home address...

Purchased a CPU, Ram and Power Supply Unit for R7195 on the 5th of April,

The company confirmed payment was received on the 7th April and order was placed.

Since then, no communication of any kind, offices are empty and website is down.

Feels like Ive been scammed.

On 9 March 2022, I ordered 2 x RCT SENRY 6FM100A-X 100AH Deep Cycle AGM batteries to the value of R 5350.-

Delivery was promised within 2 - 5 working days.

On 14 March I enquired about the product but did not get a reply. The order was cancelled on 15 March and I sent them my banking details for a refund.

They informed me that the payment would take 7-14 days. It is now 6 April and I have not received any refund or communication from them.

There are thousands of people both nationally and internationally that have had a similar experience and I feel PC LINK needs to be held accountable and refund every single customer they defrauded.

ORDER #28728. i ordered a video camera and ssd adaptor on 28th January 2020 and i have not received my order. they kept on postponing and last time they responded they said they might have to refund me and they no more communicating. Please help me.
