Paychex lured us into to 401k "retirement service" — now we learned that in reality is just a notorious money stealing system with extraordinary service fees - we are trying for 2 months to cancel this service and get the contribution back — NO RESULTS!

I am going thru the EXACT same thing. I have to think thousands of others are also doing the same. Does anyone know how we can file a class action lawsuit against them?
