This company is the real deal! Paul Garcia Remodeling did an awesome job on my bathroom. Me and my hubby are so satisfied with what they did. I'm tellin ya, if ya need some remodeling done, these guys won't let ya down. They're reliable and professional. They really listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Thanks again Paul and the team! We love it!

i really liked what they did to my bathroom. Paul was allways available and he kept in touch with us through the hole remodeling phase. Had a lot of help from him with choosing the tiles, grout, and other supplies. great guy and awsome job done.

Paul Garcia Remodeling did a great job on our bathroom remodels. They were a bit disorganized with planning, but they always communicated with us and fixed anything we needed. Paul listened to our concerns and was very fair and understanding. Unfortunately, there were many delays and the project took longer than expected. However, the end result is fantastic and we are happy with our new bathrooms!

paul garcia is a good company to work with. they did an awesome job remodeling my bathroom. i told paul what i wanted and he had some really good ideas to make it even better. the crew was really professional and respectful. everyone who has seen my bathroom loves it and wants to know who did the work. i definitely recommend paul garcia remodeling to anyone looking for quality work.

Thanks Paul, you did a great job! We're super happy with how everything turned out. It did take a bit longer than expected, but I know that happens sometimes with remodels. Plus with all the craziness from covid, we had some material shortages to deal with. But you still managed to make it happen, so thank you! I'm absolutely loving my new kitchen.

Good job done! My bed room is looking so pretty! Although we faced some difficulties during the process, I must say that Paul is an amazing communicator - he always took care of my concerns and solved them. The team who did the work are experts in their trades like electricians, carpenters, and masons. Even though we had a little trouble with the guy who made the cabinets (he had the wrong measurements and design), the result was fantastic in the end! The work took a bit longer than I thought, but every single detail of the work was accomplished. That's why I gave 4 stars. Overall, we're really loving our modern and stylish bathroom that Paul and his team worked hard on!

Me and my wife has been wanting to fix up our bathrooms for like 3 years now and we got quotes from 3 diff companies but Paul Garcia Remodeling was the cheapest one. They gave us a plan for what they were gonna do, how much it was gonna cost, and when it was gonna be done. Mr. Garcia always told us when they were gonna work and if there were any delays. Our new master bathroom took a little longer cuz we asked for special stuff like custom mirrors and cabinets, but the results were worth it. I think you should use Paul Garcia for your next remodeling job.

Paul Garcia and his team did sooo good on my bathroom remodeling! My bathroom is super old like 60 years old, and I always just did small updates but this time I went all out. We got rid of the old cast iron tub and gross sea foam green tiles and put in shiny new marble tiles from floor to ceiling. Paul was a real help with ideas, but he didn't try to push me away from my own ideas. He even met me at the home improvement store to help choose some products! The crew was real nice, but we had a small language prob...so I called Paul and he helped translate for us. I really recommend Garcia's Remodeling - it did take a little longer thanks to covid and some issues with ordering glass, but it was priced well and got done right!

I gotta say, stay far away from Paul Garcia Remodeling, Corp. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor, look elsewhere. My wife and I hired him in May '22 for a small bathroom remodel and to install new countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. And let me tell you, it's been a complete disaster. This guy can't seem to manage his team, is always full of lies, and treated us with zero respect. The bathroom renovation alone took nearly 5 months - and that's not an exaggeration, folks. We're already in November and he still hasn't even touched the kitchen. We've asked for a refund for months now, but he just keeps making empty promises and refusing to return the almost $2,900. He won't answer our calls or texts because he knows we're on to him. When his team does show up (which is rare), they're either unreliable or just awful. They screwed up the tile multiple times and ended up damaging the newly installed bathtub, which they of course never admitted to. He lies nonstop and doesn't seem to care at all about us as paying clients. Despite our patience, he just wants to rip us off. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone.

Paid $9,000 for hurricane front and $5,000 for kitchen countertop from Paul Garcia Remodeling, Corp. since 06/15/2022. He been stalling me. Every time I text him, it's a different story. I have all recorded conversations and text messages. All payments are recorded checks or *** to his personal account. Finally, the past two weeks, he said he received the products but can never give me an install date. Finally, he gave me an installation date. So, I canceled my work three days on numerous occasions to be here for the install, but he doesn't answer my call or text. So, I confronted his work happened to see at *** they told me *** no good, makes us work, don't pay. That's why it's hard for me to get my work done. We all know him by now. All his workers come in and leave because of no pay.

I had Paul Garcia Remodeling, Corp do a kitchen remodel for me. The contract said they'd resurface the walls and floors and install new cabinets and counter tops. I paid a deposit of *** to begin the project. The contract was signed on 7/16/22. The kitchen was removed on August 11th and my family has been without a kitchen since then. It's been a real hardship for us. The subcontractor building the cabinets called me to say they've been done for weeks but can't be installed because Paul Garcia hasn't paid them. I've tried reaching out to Paul Garcia many times, but he never responds. He's not cooperative at all and never keeps to his timeline. I've tried to resolve this on my own, but I need help now. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Contractor Paul Garcia Remodeling Corp failed to provide adequate service, overcharged for work and demanded payment prior to completion of renos. Contractor Paul Garcia entered into a renovation contract with complainant on the 10th of December with work to commence on or before the 18th day of December . Contractor failed to provide adequate workmanship by using sub-quality materials and poor judgment in paint choices. Used latex paint on existing oil base without sanding or using primer which has caused substantial peeling of new paint. Contractor also missed numerous small areas and never returned to finish or do the appropriate touch-ups (even after being advised of this). Paul Garcia Remodeling completed improper electrical work by adding a ceiling fan on existing dining room light fixture by adding a hanging extension cord on ceiling (which was not affixed in any way). Now the fan can only be used in connection with the dining room light which has to continuously stay on to have fan working. The contractor charged the complainant an extra $500 for the paint and materials up-front when not stipulated in contract. Complainant was made to believe it was included in the $2500 for "paint work" and as stated in the contract under the paragraph DEFINITION-Payment where it stipulates: "The total project cost will be $ 3650.00 00" and never mentions extra amount for paint or materials. Also located in the same paragraph were the terms of payment (deposit $1300.00 cash payment, 2nd payment due 7-10 days $1200.00, payment due of $400 towards blinds, final payment UPON COMPLETION), but Contractor Paul Garcia demanded full payment before completion of work contrary the said signed legal document. Furthermore, Paul Garcia Remodeling corp. did NOT complete the work in the timeline agreed upon by both parties. The work was never completed as mentioned above and contractor has not been available to discuss these issues via phone, email or even in person. The address listed for the business (on contract, on business cards and on-line) no longer is Paul Garcia Remodeling Corp as complainant physically attended the location in an attempt to resolve the issues.

The contractor, Paul Garcia Remodeling Corp, was terrible. The service was bad, and they charged more than they should have for the work. Before finishing the renos, they demanded payment. On December 10, they broke an agreement to start the work by December 18. The work was of poor quality. For example, they used bad materials and picked bad colors for the paint. They painted on the old paint without sanding or priming the surface first, so now the new paint is peeling. There are small areas that still need work and the contractor hasn't returned to finish it. Also, the electrical work for the ceiling fan was done badly. They added an extension cord to the ceiling, not attached to anything. Now the fan only works when the dining room light is on. Paul Garcia Remodeling overcharged me $500 upfront for paint and supplies, not stated in the agreement. I was already paying $2500 for the paint in the agreement. The agreement said I only had to pay $3650 for the project, no extra fees for paint or supplies. The agreement also laid out payment terms: deposit $1300 in cash, the second payment of $1200 7-10 days later, pay $400 for the blinds, then pay the final payment when the work is done. But Paul Garcia demanded the full payment before finishing the job. They also broke the timeline for the project that they had agreed to. Paul Garcia Remodeling Corp did not complete the job, and now they won't answer my phone calls, emails, or meet me in person. The address listed for Paul Garcia Remodeling Corp (on the contract, online, and on their business card) is no longer correct. When I went to the address to try to find them, they weren't there.

I had to fire Paul Garcia Remodeling on 04.18.2020 due to trust, nelegence, poor workmanship, lies, job presentation, horrible experience overall. HELP PLEASE! I hired him on December 27th through Facebook and regret it with all my life and my family life! My husband is a cancer patient and he knew about it, but before we started the project I asked him numerous times how long the project would take. He promised me 3 weeks from demolition, but he disappeared for 10 months and appeared to tell me if I did not start the job, I would lose my deposit. Sure enough, I told him to start right away. It was October 25th and then he disappeared again! He showed up in November asking for money for plumbing. I paid him $1000 in cash which he listed on a contract. Then he disappeared again! According to the contract, I had already paid half of the money and he raised the initial price to over $650 due to HIS DELAY! I just wanted it to be done and on December 5th he demolished my master bathroom with his father and son! Then he disappeared again claiming he was very busy! On the contract, he promised to provide Durock, thinset and cement which he never did! He made me purchase everything and at the end I did not say anything because I wanted it to be done! Sure enough, I had to fire him on April 18th due to negligence, poor workmanship, and trust! On December 5th he got a check for $1200 that he never listed on the contract! He apologized that he missed it! Are you serious? I was lucky to find a trace of it! I can not express how much sorrow and stress this renovation cost my family, my husband had to move because of the mess Paul left behind. He cost us as a family! Who does this? He charged and overcharged for mistakes that he and his crew did. Even one of his guys removed things from the property without asking me. I had to pay extra for an electrician and plumber because he said I bought the wrong vanity?! How would I know this? He is a contractor; he should overlook every point of the renovation. That is why we hire people to do the job! The bathroom is not finished! My life is a nightmare because of Paul Garcia Remodeling. I have to hire a different contractor and pay another fee for installation of a door that he charged but never delivered! For fixing the walls, lights and finish the bathroom! Apparently, according to his Facebook chronicles, he was busy everywhere except my bathroom! And every week he had an emergency as someone always died, then a pandemic, then something else! LIES! LIES! LIES! I purchased a completely different shower system, but he cannot install it because his plumber did not fix it right! Now, hot and cold water switched places! Tile work is terrible! Bathroom is terrible. It does not match the design that we agreed on! Besides, he denied painting the walls because customers usually are not happy?! Are you serious? I found at least 4 people through Facebook that had similar problems with him! It appears I am not the only one! I asked Paul to return the money for the unfinished job, but he refused! He would show up on Friday to add more on a contract and collect the money despite contract agreement! I had to pay him and his father due that I was scared that he would never show up again?! Who does this kind of work?! I lived in a nightmare as well as my 74-year-old mother who lives with me! This is a Godly country, and I believe in higher justice, but I beg you to help me in this matter! I just want my hard-earnt money back! I am requesting only payment for the charged and not installed door of $180 + $560 for the other contractor I hired to finish the job! + $205.38 for materials such as Durock and thinset promised but not delivered! And a balance of $200. The calculation on the contract is not correct; I never paid attention up to today! Total $1145.38, please help me to retrieve this charged that he did not deliver! And this kind of scam from this contractor should stop! Thank you so much in advance!
