I hired Paul Davis Restoration of North Atlanta for my kitchen remodeling/restoration project. However, since they started, they had several project managers quit or fired, which led to multiple mistakes on measurements and blueprints. This caused setbacks on finishing the job. The demolition crew did not protect or cover the area, and fine dust and debris covered the entire first floor. I had to hire someone to clean it, but they didn't do it properly. They left building materials laying around common areas where my kids and wife tripped and hurt themselves. I kept getting ever-changing quotes due to their mistakes. Once they claimed to have completed the work, multiple defects and wrong measurements were found. They attempted to fix some, but till this day, I still have work that they need to fix and haven't done yet. For example, the walls of the island are falling off, the dishwasher is not secure and bangs on drawers, and the cooktop is too small for clearing the right side of the cabinet, causing pots and pans to hit the cabinets. Sawdust was left all over, grout is flaking off, and cabinet doors bang against one another.

Paul Davis workers didn't respond to my requests for adjustments even though I told them about it before I paid them. We made an agreement in June and they started working in July after I paid them $7200. Everything was going well until they almost finished the repairs and installation. I asked for a copy of the warranty for the cabinets they installed, but they didn't give it to me even though they promised to. I signed off on the work, but there were still some minor issues that needed to be addressed. When I unpacked the kitchen, I found out that the outlets on the island didn't work and one of the cabinet doors was stuck. I also told them about holes that their installer made on one of the cabinets and they said they would fix it. I asked them about the repairs on August 11, and they said they were on the list to be addressed. They sent an electrician to fix the outlets, but they still hadn't fixed the cabinet issues or given me the warranty documentation. The estimator, Mike, kept asking for the balance even though they hadn't fixed everything yet. I owed them less money than they said because they didn't finish some of the work, but Mike got frustrated when I asked him about it. The project manager, Tannia, had to explain the charges and credits to me. Once I understood, I gave them a cashier's check for $14517.00, but I still hadn't received the warranty documentation. I asked Tannia about it again and she finally gave it to me. I sent a copy of the check to Tannia and she shared it with Mike and someone else. I asked about my microwave, but then I told Tannia to ignore the question. They haven't responded to me since I paid them even though there are still issues with the cabinets. I'm disappointed because they started off professional, but now they're not following up with me. I want to talk to a supervisor or someone else about this.
