I had a problem with *** and they sent Guarantee Restoration to fix it. They did the job, but it's not great. They came and went for almost a year, and then I asked them to fix the kitchen before I signed off. They said they'd come back because I had a year of warranty, but they just wanted to get paid. I asked for a copy of the form, but they haven't given it to me yet. I called them a lot, but they don't call me back anymore. I want my kitchen fixed because they were paid to do it, but it's not fixed.

We can't finish the job because the workers won't sign a paper saying they won't put a lien on our property. We won't pay the bill until we get that paper.
