Patelco Credit Union review: Overdraft fees

I have been charged outrageous overdraft fees on one of my accounts (Account Number: [protected] therefore causing my account to be over drawn almost $500.

I can not afford to pay the fees I am being charged in order to bring my account back to current status/ I have lost my job several months ago due to COVID and have been unable to find another job just yet and I don't want to have this account closed down and sent to a collection agency. I have had this account for several years and would like to continue banking with Patelco,

I would like for them to work with me on solving this dilemma.
