This is the first and only time I have had to meet with a HUD counselor for a reverse mortgage. Janet N was fantastic. She was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. She answered any questions we had and explained everything clearly so we understood it. Thank you!

I am now terrified for my financial future because I signed up for help from credit.org and they have been unresponsive to my emails and they don't return my calls. I have been unable to log into my account because they are going through some sort of change and my financial counselor hasn't responded to me in weeks. My $924 payment was supposed to come out today and it didn't, and I now have late fees from all my creditors and no clue what is going on. I can't pay them if credit.org plans to take such a significant amount from me too. I would not recommend, I knew this was too good to be true.
