The story is great, however, the app is confusing. I purchased 114 chapters this morning and the app has no way to use them, there is no help to try to figure out the problem or what I did wrong. Kiss is much easier use. Until I find out what happened to my coins, I’ll wait the 8 hours between chapters and not read another book. I’m an avid reader.

So I signed up for a trial subscription that charges you after a week and paid a small fee at the beginning user the assumption that I would be able to read as much as I wanted but no, I get through one chapter and then I either have to wait 8 more hrs to unlock the next chapter or buy more coins… ummm what is the point of the subscription then? I’ve been on similar apps where this was not the case.

I had seen this app in another game so I downloaded it. It was ok at the beginning but once I decided to buy coins I was double charged and then just this morning over 2000 coins disappeared. I have never had a issue with any other app but this one. Idk if it’s a glitch or what but seriously fix your stuff and refund me my money. This is so horrible and it’s just to get me to buy more. Why double charge someone for no reason

I love the stories but I bought coins and when I logged in the next day they were gone. Wrote to support a week ago and still waiting for a response. I logged in yesterday morning to account and noticed I had 3000 coins again and figured they fixed it. Read like to chapters stopped to do something and when I came back my coins were gone again. I would like to give you five stars but unless this problem gets fixed it won’t happen.

I really enjoy the stories on this app, so much so I did make a purchase. But when I am distracted while reading, it happens a lot I am a mom and work, I am getting charged multiple times for the same chapters. Every time the app closes and I reopen it, I get charged. I have screenshots to prove this and it cost 33 coins every time to unlock the same chapter. This definitely is a flaw within the app and will be a factor for me for future reading.

You only get to read one chapter every 8 hrs and if you have coins those 8 hrs of free read are taken and your coins are used instead. When you click to watch the 2 ad options to continue reading it’s a hit and miss one day you might get lucky and actually get to see the 2 ads for the next chapters or they’ll say you’ve reached you add limit and they show you how you have watched 0/2 ads. Just waiting to finish the 3 books I started to delete this B.S

I love the different stories, however, I’ve logged into it way more than 7 days and I never got my 7th day reward. I also don’t like how the ones who come up with these stories misspell and don’t “talk” properly (big petpeve I spot it all the time) I also don’t like having to wait 8 hrs to unlock a chapter. I don’t want to spend money on here to keep reading whereas I can read free on kindle. I do have a suggestion, why not let it go through 3 chapters then do the coins or 8hrs to unlock?

I purchased coins to read my book. Not only did the coins magically disappear a day after they charged my card twice! I emailed the customer service about it and haven’t gotten any response! Also I have been trying to save up the daily reward coins so I can binge read and they keep taking the coins away after like 2 days which is ridiculous! Why offer a daily reward for logging in if you are just going to take them away anyway!

I am using abunch of reading apps to find good steamy books. This passion app is decent. There’s misspelling and the grammar is some novels is almost like it was rushed out as fast as possible.. the one thing i don’t understand is the Subscription? It overs you a bunch of subscrtions, free for a week then pay $5.99 or whatever it is.. but i have NO idea what the subscribtion is for? It does not mention anywhere what its used for.. i assumed its a subscription so i dont have to pay for coins to read.. but i was wrong, i still have to buy coins to read.
I have no idea, seems like a scam.

If you pay for something that doesn’t show up and contact customer service. Be sure to include screenshot or screen video. They had no timeframe for a resolution. When asked for a expected timeframe this was the response.
“ Unfortunately, we can not provide you with an exact time, we just hope that it will be fixed in the nearest time as all requests are processed in the queue order and depend on the workload of the relevant department.

Don’t worry, we will contact you via email as soon as there is an update. “

I was not asking for it to be completed to but just a expected turnaround timeframe.

I started a book and I really enjoyed it, so I signed up for the free 3 day trail and I purchased 1,000 coins. I did not get my coins OR access to the 3 day trail to be able to finish the book. When I contacted support they claimed it takes at least 24 hours to receive coins purchased which is absolutely insane and they stop responding when I inquired about why I didn’t get access to the 3 day trail to be able to read for free. This is a total scam and I will be contacting apple to get a refund for the coins I never received and also see who I need to contact them to report these terrible business practices this app need to be removed completely.

The only thing I don’t really care for with this app, is that you can only read a few chapters and then either pay for more or wait 8 hours. If anything I think they should lower the wait time for chapters to every 2-4 hours. 8 hours is a bit much. And I think we should be able to get coins at the end of each chapter. Because if not then you hardly get any reading done and have to pay for more. But other than that I am obsessed! It’s an overall great app just hopfully they can update it soon so you can get chapters sooner or get coins at the end of your chapters or something so we don’t have to pay and arm and leg to read more than a few chapters.

I was head over heels for this app until I encountered an issue that I can’t let go. I’ve been reading nonstop for over a week now and already finished a book. I’ve started on another book called Forbidden Heat 18+ and discovered that after using coins to unlock two chapters in a row, the chapters were empty. Nothing was written so I skipped to the chapter after them, only to find that it left off at the missing chapters. This is highly frustrating. I used my coins to read but can’t even read. I haven’t had any other issues besides this but it’s very annoying. I suggest that there be a limit on words that should be in each chapter before you can upload them.

I’m pretty sure half the reviews on this app are fake. Considering Ive had to uninstall it and reinstall it four times within the past three days of having the app downloaded. Simply because it’ll get to the main loading screen, complete the loading and just stop. It wont advance past that screen. Then when it does, it’ll constantly keep trying to load the story your reading. Including not giving you any of the daily bonuses which I’ve missed out for 3 days now. And was only able to load the six bonus videos once. So honestly at this point, Im about to say the app isn’t worth it. Yeah the stories are great to read, when you can, but otherwise.. Dont waste your time.

I’ve been trying to get the 6 coin reward that you can receive every 30 minutes. It takes a total of 3-4 times clicking on it before the advertisement plays, then when it’s finished playing it blacks out so I have to restart the app with no coin rewards. This has happen over 50 times within the last 48 hours. It’s very frustrating because I know per each video they’re getting paid advertisement revenue but I’m not benefiting from watching the video. It’s like a waste of time. I don’t think this is a good app, it has wasted so much of my time, and I will not continue to use it once I’m finished reading the book I’m on. I also could not buy coins without buying the monthly subscription, kind of glad that didn’t go through.

The way the apps works is you get read a couple chapters and then you have to wait 8 hours to read every chapter after that. There are coins you can earn to unlock chapters faster and you need 33 to unlock one chapter. There are daily rewards and videos. BUT the daily rewards only works for 6 days and then you get nothing. The videos only give 1 coin per ad which is ridiculous since you need 33 for one chapter and you can only watch 6 videos in a day. So the only real way to get coins is the daily rewards. It says 7 days but you only get 6 days and then the game just resets the days and stops giving it altogether. That means I just have to wait 8 hours for one chapter which is insane. DO NOT USE IS YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO READ SOMETHING.

I only give it five stars, so that the review gets read. Do not download and install this app. I have had nothing but problems.
This app uses more battery than any of my other apps, including similar book apps. In just minutes it heats up my phone to dangerous levels (no other app. I use heats up my phone.).
The grammar in the story I’ve read is atrocious. English is obviously not the first language of the author, and they obviously do not use a proofreader before publishing a book. There are numerous errors such as using present tense instead of past tense, misspellings that make a sentence unreadable. And each chapter’s mistakes are worse than the previous chapter, to the point where there’s multiple errors in most paragraphs, which makes it just too annoying to read
Here are just a few of the incorrect word uses: bugger/burger, dare/dear, dose/does, tear/their. Now imaging multiple mistakes like those in a 2-3 sentence paragraph. To alloying to continue, even though the story plot was interesting, it’s too annoying to try to read when you have to figure out trying to say because of their mistakes.

I read a story through a different app called my fantasy since it was being advertised in that game. Somehow I began getting charges of $19.00 from my account through apple pay although I have never signed up for an account with this company. I contacted them via email and was told they can't find anything using my email address or the card into given (go figure because i didnt sign up duh) and I was told that i wouldn't be charged again. Low and behold my card was charged again for $19.00 and they claim to not be able to find any transactions and for me to contact my bank. So what is going to stop them from continuing to charge me? This is completely fraudulent and this company should be ashamed of themselves stealing money from people's accounts that did not sign up for this. The my fantasy app is trash too for being in cahoots with them and having people be signed up for something they did not themselves sign up for!

You can’t even read more than a chapter every 8 hours without spending a fortune. You can watch ads for coins, but only 1 coin a time. Opening a chapter costs 33 coins. And the chapters a a 4 minute read. Horrible reading app!

I love the stories however this is the 2nd time I’ve deleted and had to download the app over again because the app stops allowing me to do the daily check in. After I have redownloaded the app it’s fine for a few days then starts again.

The writing is grammatically incorrect and poorly proofed, some of the paragraphs repeat, chapters take entirely too long to load, and the app charges you repeatedly for the same chapter due to the app timing out. Save your money and don’t use this app.

It has a trail subscription for .99 cents that said you get a 1000 coins to start and goes up to 7.99$ after a week for premium. Never received any coins and no one is responding when you try to contact support via email, great books just not worth the scam.

I’ve emailed about my daily log in rewards haven’t gotten it in over a month and never got an email back even after emailing again for an update, did one of the subscriptions and didn’t get my coins or anything for it . I want answers and my money back a waste of time .

When I submitted for a week trial I agreed to a totally different amount of coins, which you DID NOT honor false advertising! Cancel immediately after my week of paying $ 1.99 for 33 coins what a joke I never agreed to this at all. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Was really liking the story I was ready but know it isn’t giving me the daily check in and all I get is 6 coins from watching ads. When the chapter are over 30 coins to read it is making it impossible to read. And no one responded when I contacted them, can y’all please fix the check in.

I’m another customer who is giving 5 stars just so I can comment. I responded to the promotional.99 cents for 1000 coins. They have never shown up. I can’t access additional chapters either. At this time I believe this site is a scam. I need to have this fixed, or I will certainly cancel my subscription.

I bought the weekly subscription as well as the 2400 credit pack and neither are showing up. I can only read one chapter every 8 hours. So not impressed. The story is good, but it’s frustrating to purchase something and still be restricted to one or two chapters a day. I even restarted my phone and hit the restore purchase button.

The stories are riddled with grammatical and spelling errors and seem to be written by amateur writers. They sound like they’ve been written by a bunch of teenagers. Chapters are short and cost way too much to unlock. Buying the subscription gives you nothing. Don’t waste time or money on this app. Search elsewhere for your stories.

I paid for a free trial and it said it was only going to take .99 cents and ended up taking almost 7$ and I was okay with that it meant I got to read my book and maybe finish it before the trial ended but nope it just took my money and then wanted me to pay for another subscription on top of what I already paid for it’s a scam bad app

Man the grammar is horrible! I’m trying to read “challenging the billionaire” and every sentence has so many errors it’s hard to even read it. Seems like they translated a foreign language with google and left it. Disappointed since we have to pay for these books. I think the stories have promise but can’t read them if the grammar is bad.
