On January 9th and January 10th, 2025. I was severely overcharged for services used on Passion.com. There were approximately 20 charges at $20.00 per each transaction on both 1-9-2025 and 1-10-2025. There are other days that I have been overcharged but it is difficult to recall all of the dates of account abuse. I am requesting assistance in the reimbursement of approximately $1000.00 dollars to my debit account. Your assistance is sincerely appreciated.
