Paramount saved me--sheltered in my apartment due to the pandemic and no computer. Talked in the phone, came (masked) to me with all the necessary forms. Faith and her team are so understanding and thorough, I felt like a had lifted a great burden and knew I left it in confident and empathetic hands. I had the pleasure of working with Faith and Pearl at Paramount Tax Relief. I had inadvertently made a mistake on my 2015 and 2016 tax returns by doing them myself and I under reported income. It resulted in a HUGE amount that I owed to the IRS plus interest and penalties. Through all of their time, hard work and dedication, they were able to have my situation declared a hardship. Now the IRS has stated that I do not have to pay back that money unless I would come into a large sum of money or other type of asset. I don't own a home or anything of real value. I am a client of Paramount Tax Relief in Sacramento, CA. Faith and her staff handled a difficult and complicated case for me and for that, I am truly grateful. I discovered some tax discrepancies after my husband became ill with dementia. He had handled and filed taxes for the both of us for over twenty years and until 2008, had been filing for us both as a married couple. His illness caused him to file for the two of us as Single, filing separately. He listed my name, but said that he was filing on his own. I didn't know this because I am totally blind and trusted him to handle the situation. He told me "I'll always be your eyes."
