I hired Tax Doctors LLC to do my income taxes in January. They were recommended by a friend. I went because I heard they could give me advances, and since my account got hacked recently, I needed the cash. Normally, I do my own taxes, but since it was my first time as an independent contractor, I wanted professional help. I went at the end of January and explained my situation. At first, they said I owed the IRS, but they worked some magic on my taxes, and I ended up getting a $4700 refund. They gave me a $500 advance and said I'd get the rest later. I tried contacting them many times over the next few months, but no luck. I even got a letter from the IRS saying I was owed a $2500 refund because I had some back taxes. Finally, I managed to access the IRS website, and it said my refund was sent to my bank on February 26th. I reached out to my tax provider, but she didn't reply. It wasn't until I posted on Facebook asking other tax professionals for help that I finally got a call from the owner, Trina Johnson. She told me to check her fee page. She charged me $2500 to prepare my taxes, which only took her 30 minutes. Can someone please assist me?

Paid Tax Doctors thousands to file a return. The IRS rejected it and Tax Doctors kept my money and refused to fix the errors they made to amend my return. I owe the IRS and have a whole mess to clean up. They even called the police on me! They are evil evil people. Beware.
They are scammers. Ripped me off to and left me owing thousands to the IRS, after paying them thousands. I’m sorry this happened to you too.
