Paramount Plus has been charging me on two email accounts but through the same PayPal account. Therefore, they should have known they were double billing me. I was sick, with lung cancer and not watching my accounts as closely as I normally do. I cancelled one of my accounts online but that is when I figured out I was being double billed. I went to chat online and was told the only thing that they could do was offer me a 30% discount on my next year of service. What an insult! I've paid for four years, but only got two years of service and when I cancelled, they at least offered me a 50% discount. I'm working on getting my disability, so I have no income right now. I sure as heck couldn't afford to pay 70% of $119.99.

Desired outcome: I would love a refund, but would settle for a two year extension to my subscription.

My wife & I are stunned at the perverted degenerate way they have ruined the new series Tony & Zina! We are big fans of ncis & we’ve been looking forward to seeing this new series & by George if they haven’t messed it all up with filthy degenerate language! Our kids can’t enjoy this any more & we can’t watch it any more because of how you have taken a great series & ruined it! You should ashamed that you have alienated our whole family from watch what we thought would be a family series & IT ISN’T! You need to bleep the garbage out for normal people & their families!
