This is terrible customer service.
They charged me 4.99 after a free trial. I tried to cancel, and they offered another free month to stay with them. I accepted, but they applied the credit to the next cycle rather than the current one. When I tried to get help from them to fix this, they did cancel my account but kept the charge.
