There is a serious pattern of very poor, immature and disrespectful behavior of PSA employees toward paying customers. I have been subject to it more than one time, and two of which required me to speak with a manager in the store in Summerville. The most recent incident was on August 17th, 2026 at roughly 10:30 a.m..
This needs to be discussed. I have suggestions for improvements which are desperately needed by your company.
