I ordered 4 shirts online on December 8 for Christmas. They were supposed to be here 7-10 days. On day 10 when they did not arrive, we were told it was because of an ice storm in the midwest and they would NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Ok, wasn't happy, but what do you do? They were supposed to be here Jan. 3, but they did not. I called PacSun's customer service, who were the nicest bunch of know-nothing, don't give a crap about the customer, excuse making idiots I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my entire life! No one could explain to me why I hadn't gotten my package...even the "supervisor" Casey, that I spoke to. I told her I could have hitchhiked to MN from GA and gotten them myself in this length of time...she sat there silent! They did not offer me no sort of restitution at all, not even a 5 or 10% discount on this order or on my next order, but of course there won't be another one! Shirts finally came on 1/6, two days shy of a month after I ordered them! I will NEVER SHOP AT PACIFIC SUNWEAR AGAIN and I hope they go out of business!
