PACSUN poor customer service at retail store.

Went to Pacsun on Tuesday afternoon. Went to check out, there is a line of about 6 customers in front of us. There is only one person checking out. Another employee is at the end of the customer service area folding clothes while the on duty manager is standing there talking
To her. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer and longer. We were in line about 20 minutes. Not sure why another register was not opened. I guess stocking and jabber jawing are more important than waiting customers. This store is in Katy, Texas at the Katy Mills Mall. I would really hate to be there on a Saturday. I won't return.

I am sure, if you are old enough to shop, that you are also old enough to understand that not everyone is a cashier or trained on a register. Just like not everyone who works at a hospital can do surgery. If you are too much in a hurry to wait your turn, either shop when you have tine, or shop online.

PACSUN bad working experience

I was hired at the Cincinnati location in the Kenwood Mall on April 30, 2015. Three days prior to that is when I turned in my application. The manager did a quick review while I was there, and asked what I was looking for. I said a summer job that would carry over into the fall with a minimum of 15 hours a week and a max of 30 hours a week. After I was hired three days later I was told to expect an email. I waited one week, and it never came. I called, and they said they would fix it for me. It never came. I waited another week, and called back. Finally, they were able to send it. They scheduled me to come in three days later for orientation. I came in. It lasted an hour and a half, and I never got paid from it. I was constantly on call. Never once was I needed to come in. Finally, after being hired for over a month I got a four hour shift. I explained I've never worked retail, and the orientation was just about theft and a run down of the store. The manager gave me barely any tips, but kept coming up to me saying I had to do well because at the end of the summer they would have to cut people. I was told this was not seasonal in the beginning, and I had no clue what to do, to be doing well. The next week I had a 3 hour shift. Right before I left my house, I got a call saying they did not need me. The whole next week I had 0 hours or on calls. I finally put my two weeks in. In two months of being hired I worked a total of 4 hours, and was also never paid for my 1.5 hour orientation. I feel like I was only hired as an extreme back up. I had to constantly ask my father for help to pay rent because I was literally getting zero hours. I think the managers here are very disrespectful, and this was unprofessional to hire me and give me nothing.

Perhaps they did not need you because you were not doing a good job. You yourself admitted you did not know what you were supposed to do.

PACSUN they took money for the report, but it was scam

I applied for the receptionist job through the company Pacsunrealty. I spoke with the rep, who told me that I was the best candidate. After that he asked me to pay $120 for the credit report, which they would need. I paid money and after that these ### vanished. I heard completely nothing from them. No news, no info and they simply ignored me. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

PACSUN they asked for card info, but I haven't provided

I saw the ad of the company www.pacsunrealty.info. I contacted the online chat agent, who provided the link. I clicked on it, and these jerks asked me to fill the form. After that they asked to indicate my card info. It was strange, so I stopped the process and closed the link. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

PACSUN returns

I ordered $150 worth of stuff from this company. I returned the merchandise (not what I wanted, didn't fit, etc..) and used their "smart label" return system. Well, not so smart because two weeks later and they (a little foreign lady named "Nell") tells me "it's not in our system, call the carrier"..well smarty pants.. I can't call the carrier cuz I used your stupid smart label and I have nothing to reference other than a huge long string of numbers that are only tied to your stupid store. So now what. "Well ma'am it could take a month or more".. A month or more? This package is only going two states away from me?! How could it not have been received yet? Well, call your post office ma'am. Again, I explain there is nothing I can give them to track this as it does not have USPS tracking info, only PACSUN tracking info. SO basically, looks like I am screwed out of $150 due to this c****y company scamming people. I will file a BBB complaint, but not sure it will do any good. Horrible! Never, ever again will I shop PACSUN or any of it's affiliates. Ever!

ABoomer, what is the manufacturer on the label? The wash and care instructions are on the label, and most colors, especially if they are dark or bright will run the first time you wash it. You also have to use the proper detergent. Contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange. PacSun is a seller, not a manufacturer and they are not required to take returns.

You did not take a photo or write down the tracking number off the return label they sent you? Most online returns do not go to the same place as the product ships from, and yes, it can take a month for the return to be received, accepted, logged, and refunded. I am sure you realize that you are not the only customer they have. They probably process 1/3 of the sales they do weekly as returns. There are literally thousands of sales every week online from all across the country.

bought a dress from PacSun - washed it and the color bled and zipper broke - please read their return policy - they only give store credit even though I had the receipt and tags. Nice way to stand behind the products they sell. Won't be shopping there anymore

PACSUN rudeness

My son and was shopping for a coat we had no help we were looking at coats when a worker came over and put a ladder right in our way she was going up the ladder to put up a display.my son was just talking to her.she toll us we might need to move.My son told her not to fall.she said i want.My son was just playing with her he said if she falls he would help.she said I dont need your help, RUDE dont you think I spend lots of Money in your store.I live in Gatlinburg TN. My son Loves pacsun Cloths But I will Not go back to that STORE.VERY RUDE GIRL THAT WORKS THERE .01/16/13 CASHIER 199227 SALESPERSON 434032 I HOPE YOU HAVE A LONG TALK WITH THIS GIRL.YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO MAKE MONEY NOT RUN YOUR PEOPLE OFF. PACSUN customer service

I ordered 4 shirts online on December 8 for Christmas. They were supposed to be here 7-10 days. On day 10 when they did not arrive, we were told it was because of an ice storm in the midwest and they would NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Ok, wasn't happy, but what do you do? They were supposed to be here Jan. 3, but they did not. I called PacSun's customer service, who were the nicest bunch of know-nothing, don't give a crap about the customer, excuse making idiots I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my entire life! No one could explain to me why I hadn't gotten my package...even the "supervisor" Casey, that I spoke to. I told her I could have hitchhiked to MN from GA and gotten them myself in this length of time...she sat there silent! They did not offer me no sort of restitution at all, not even a 5 or 10% discount on this order or on my next order, but of course there won't be another one! Shirts finally came on 1/6, two days shy of a month after I ordered them! I will NEVER SHOP AT PACIFIC SUNWEAR AGAIN and I hope they go out of business!

In this store not accept credit card from other countries((

Kim Katie and kind husband are rude they mistreat there workers and threatened them if they complain they get fired
Kim pays her husband underhand but the workers have no prove
Kim rolled her eyes at my son after HE politely asked for a fitting room
Kim and Katie were talking trash behind my back I pretend no to hear and they called him a loser and me a pregnant needy wh*** I tried to complain and they told me there the managers and to leave and not waste there time if am not buying
One of the lady workers told me everything I know and she says they are always like that
I felt mad and attacked by those disgusting lady's Kim and Katie I'm 8 months pregnant and they laughed at me as I left eventually I had belly pain due to the stress they had given me SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRE THEM ASAP OR I WILL FIND A WAY TO COMPLAIN EVEN IF ITS THE NEWS TO SHOW HOW PACSUN CANT PICK GOOD MANAGERS THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY

Ive had the same thing occur. Not at PacSun but at another clothing retailer. They shipped it to the right place but the postal service somehow didnt and the company wouldnt even send another. Will keep this in mind though

I ordered some clothing online on special for an upcoming trip. After not receiving it, I tracked my order (completed via my Paypal account) and discovered it was delivered to an address in Indiana. I am located in New Hampshire. EVERY document I have regarding the transaction shows my correct delivery address, yet it was delivered half a continent away. After waiting almost 20 minutes on hold, and after being told that the "call would be monitored for satisfaction and I would complete a satisfaction survey AFTER the call", I spoke with a representative who insisted it was MY fault in that the shipping address in Indiana was what I put on the web order, she said I could receive a refund as a "one-time courtesy" in another EIGHT days, or they would re-send the order at that time (AFTER my trip). I told her to forget about it & just give me back my money. She ALSO said I could stay on for a "satisfaction survey, " which I was chafing at the bit for. Well, That never happened, as the phone went to a dial tone, depriving me of even THAT satisfaction... GRRRRR! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM!

PACSUN bad service

Me and my family have been shopping at Pac Sun in Huntsville for about 6 years and the service was awsome made us feel at home everytime we come in . The past couple of moths have been a change for the worse . My son has over heard in appropriate talk between the Manager and associates . I think there was a Management change due to we dont see the person that usually helped us in the past . The store has been hard to shopp, things are so messy and out of place, we used to compliment how neat it used to be . There was one employee that was rude, older gentelman with a goatee, maybe a member of management, he just didnt want to help my son and felt as if we were bothering him . I will no longer be shopping in this store and will probly be purchasing my items online more now . I just wanted to express my thoughts, and feel that noone should have to experience bad service or have to deal with rude behavior and language when entering a store to shopp.

PACSUN confusing sale

I wish I had proof photos for this one because it really ticks me off. If someone knows why this is please tell me. The other day I was mall-hopping with some friends and we stopped at two malls, The Flatiron Malls and the Colorado Mills Mall. When I went to the Flatirons mall, we were walking through kind of speedy so I didnt really get a chance to browse but I remember walking by the Pac Sun there and seeing signs advertising "Jeans buy one get one FREE." Since I knew we were going to Colorado Mills, I made a mental note to go look around at the Pac Sun there because thats a really good sale. When we got to the Colorado Mills Pac Sun, I was surprised to walk in and see that there signs were advertising jeans at "Buy one get one HALF OFF." So why the different sales at different malls? I can find no reason for this really other than one mall is fancier and more upscale than the other but even then it makes no sense.

PACSUN non delivery

Ordered two 50.00 gift certificates on Dec. 11 in plenty of time for Christmas. They are still not here. Called once they said call back in a couple of days. On the 23rd I called promised me they were shipping them Fed Ex to arrive on Christmas day. Christmas came and went no gift cards. Called on the 29th the CSR on the 23rd lied they had never been shipped. Chris PROMISED me they were going to overnight them on the 30th to arrive on the 31st called 31st Chris had lied also. They couldn't be sent out because of the holiday until MONDAY 1/4/09. These are Christmas gifts. Couldn't even send me an E-gift card until MOnday. These people are crooks. Praying to get my money back now.

PACSUN did not give correct change back

i bought 3 shirts and the total was 42.60 i gave cashier a 100.00 bill and she gave me back 42.60 in stead of 57.40 it was so crazy busy i was not paying attention so when i got home in alabama my money was wrapped up in recipt and was 42.60 in it i was furious! If i didnt live in alabama i would of went back cashier num on my receipt is 330083 and trans is 2777 on 12-26-09 and store num 00250 thanx

I recently purchased a $30 dollar sweater and there was no indication that it would shrink if washed in a washer. It is now a crop top sweater and that is not what I paid for! 30 dollars down the drain! I am not happy!

April, 15 I went to Pacsun and the blue dot but one get two free sale was going on. I picked out 3 items (two bags that were the same price* and a hat) marked with the blue dot and went to check out. One of the bags rang up as full price, thought it was supposed to be free. I was not offered the sale and left the store dissatisfied and upset.

My mom and I went into PacSun today at the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville, Pennsylvania and the service was terrible. We were the only customers in there and the the employees (a pregnant lady and a tall guy) DID NOT greet us nor acknowledge us what so ever and they were just goofing around. I definitely will not be going back!

I made a call earlier around 12:40pm noon. I had a simple question about a release that's coming up. The worker (Paisley) denied giving me any information, said "im not giving you any information, goodluck". I simply asked if it was a raffle or First come first serve.
She had an attitude the whole time.

I bought 2 jeans at camarillo CA, but one of them had a really bad smell like [censored], smell like that since bought and i never realized it until i put it on myself, washed it like 4 times since now the smell hasn't dissapear. Bought it 1 month and a half ago it's called exposed button high rise. First time customer bad expierence

I ordered May 19 with 5-7 day shipping but my order won't be here til May 30th ? I'm pissed I'm not understand why it would take 10 days to get here?

Sounds like an honest mistake to me. Next time, be proactive and count the change before you leave. As human beings, we all make mistakes, even you. Imagine if all of your mistakes ended up on this website.
