Own Zone review: 18385 kls-qa8186/18384ks-shs8169-two sets of headphones

Ordered best headphones in Oct.2018 .Seems like it took a long time. Didn't use riteaway .hadproblem with one returned it.they sent another one.short time laterproblem with other one (transmitter didn't lite up.) Was informed I was 2 weeks past 90 day warranty. In fact custermer service people were rude including supervisor.they as much said too bad.(was not rite).I don't know who to contact for a refund.
