Ovago review: Ovago is a scam

Ovago is a SCAM! Ovago is a deceptive and dishonest business. They have been withholding my refund of over $3,200 for a flight that was canceled by the airline.

I have spoken to multiple Ovago representatives over the past 3 1/2 weeks who have either assured me that I will be refunded "soon," or outright LIED that they have yet to receive the funds from the airline.

When I contacted the airline via email and phone, they confirmed that they refunded Ovago two days after the flight was canceled - well over three weeks ago. Ovago not only has the money we paid them but also the refund from the airline for the canceled flights.

DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH OVAGO! They are a shady business. Book your travel directly with the airlines instead to avoid wasting your time and money with this awful company.
