I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Outland USA. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, no way. I mean, I tried to return a jacket and they just wouldn't give me my money back. Can you believe that? I'm out like $425. It's a real bummer. I wish I had spent my money somewhere else.

I just got two pairs of shoes from Outland USA and they're so cute! One pair is from Dansko, which is a brand I already know is awesome, and the other is from OTBT, which I've never tried before but they look like they'll be comfy and last a while. OUTLAND USA is a company that you should be careful with. They have some tactics that are not very nice and can be manipulative when it comes to sales. We ordered a bike helmet from their website, and the price they advertised was lower than most other online retailers. This made us think that we were getting a good deal. However, a few days after we placed our order, we received an email saying that the product we ordered was not available. They offered to substitute it with another helmet for free, which seemed like a good deal at first.

But then things got tricky. We looked on their website for another bike helmet, and we found two that were the same size as the one we wanted. However, the prices for these helmets were way too high compared to other online retailers. We told the representative who was helping us that we found the same helmet on another website for half the price, and he tried to convince us to buy one of their helmets instead. He even joked about it, which we found very unprofessional.

We refused to pay the inflated price for the substitution and asked the representative to honor the email they sent us offering a free substitution. But he refused and kept trying to sell us one of their helmets at an unreasonable price. We felt like we were being scammed, and we were very disappointed with the company's lack of professionalism and customer service.

In our opinion, OUTLAND USA is a company that lacks moral standards and is not very professional. Their representatives are trained to use deceitful tactics to trick customers into buying products at unreasonable prices. We would advise you to be careful when dealing with this company and to avoid them if possible.
