Outback Steakhouse review: Dinner service on 8-8-26, Florence KY

One dinner was ordered with a 6 oz steak, salad and baked potato, butter & sour cream. It was served with an order of mashed potatoes with sour cream. Out server said she would replace but took an 11-person order before doing so, so it was well after steak was finished the potato was received. The French dressing was way to spicy to eat. She just looked when we said that, like what do you want me to do? Then the ticket was brought showing a loaded baked potato with an upcharge. The waitress looked puzzled when we asked for a correction but redid the ticket. Her name was Jadyn C. There was no real apology, given., and we were not asked if we needed refills for our drinks.
