Purchase and Representations I purchased a Raptor 390 Solarium from Engel & Völkers Yachting / GG Yachts in Sarasota, Florida, for $225,000. Before and at the time of purchase, I was told that the boat was new or a demo boat, that I would be the first title holder, and that the boat included a 60-day warranty.
