Bought wrong part because it was listed as the part that would fit my car. Shipped it back for refund. Had to pay for shipping. Was told it was damaged when they got it back and would not refund my money. Asked for pictures of damaged item and box it was in when they got it back so I could get some of my shipment money back. Sent me pictures of a damaged part, but would not send me pictures of the box. Said they didn't have time. So now I am out price of part plus shipping and cant even get money from shipping insurance! Theives!

Desired outcome: I would like to at least have my shipping money refunded. Would have gotten $147 back from shipping company. The part alone cost me $322. Am living on Social Security and they took my money.
