I ordered a handheld ultrasound machine to relieve pain after a surgical procedure. I ordered the product on May 9th and I still do not have the product. After many emails back and forth and a lack of concern shown by them over the past three weeks I decided to write this. Ordered a customer jersey that took nearly twice as long as expected to receive, and I only received it after launching a complaint with PayPal. When I finally received the jersey, it not only was an obvious fake, but it didn't even have the right colors (unless the Pittsburgh Pirates use ORANGE instead of yellow/gold!). Customer service is virtually non-existent...at best, you can e-mail with a non-English speaking person.
