This ACH (online payment method) has the worst customer service ever. On average it takes them 10 days to reply the simplest email to Support. They will block your account if you log in with an IP from a different country, and will not release your money afterwards. I am already trying to release my $17 for more than 3 months and no success so far, what if it was a much bigger amount? I would definitely say Click2Pay is a scam!

I have been contacted to pay an anesthesiology bill. however when I contacted the hospital they said they do all of their own billing. NO THIRD PARTY! this is the second time I have been contacted by a third pary since my surgery 5 weeks ago. Be CAREFUL!
I completely agree with the comments above. These people are the worst scam artists on the net. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my money from them for 2 months. Every time I contact them I get a different evasive answer. YOU WOULD BE NUTS TO SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.

They got my money and they blocked my account for no reason.They are collecting money and they block the accounts for NO reason at all.Good method to collect money easily.Please contact the legal services of the EC.
They said they will open a free account and requested for my creditcard details. They charged me £2.6 GBP approx $5USD. That was just half part of it. My account does not work. i simply can not log into my account as they blocked my account for no reason. I just got a e-mail saying my account has been blocked. Excellent way of robbing money.
