For the last 10 days I have been trying to get some help from the support staff at one.com about a technical issue. It concerns communication between Amazon's AWS CloudFront servers and my domain which is hosted at one.com. I have raised a support case nr. 16095215 which after 10 days has not been resolved. Their level one support only say that they cannot answer my simple, technical questions and they appear unable or unwilling to involve the technical guys, such as the firewall admin, who might give authoritative answers. I am looking for an alternative hosting provider because one.com is not providingme with the service that I need.
Desired outcome: I would like answers to my technical questions and ongoing assistance from technical staff. Something more than Level 1 support saying that they do not know anything. That is an established fact.
