I received a bill from my electricial provider and it contained 4 charges; 2 names Clearance Labor and 2 named Clearance Labor transportation, totaling $200. When I called, I was told the charges originated with Oncor. I then called Oncor to be told that work an electrician did, required power to be disconnected and reconnected and that the electrician authorized the charges. I am the homeowner, I did not authorize charges. If the electrician did, the bill should go to the electrician.
When I called in Oncor tells me to take it up with the electrician.
Claimed loss: $200
Desired outcome: Credit for these charges as they were not authorized by me, the homeowner. No person other than me has authority to approve/accept charges on my behalf.
