Kyle is without a doubt the most thorough, knowledgeable and hard working inspector out there. Everything he did was exceptional and his follow up report not only outlined absolutely everything in the house but also gave you a guide to keeping your house in top condition. Examples: what to do before winter comes and timelines for repairs. A very handy tool. Plus he was very pleasant and willing to explain anything. We felt very lucky that he gave our house the once over.

I used On the Money Home Inspection Services to do an inspection on my perspective purchase of a condo. The inspector and his apprentice arrived promptly; provided us with feedback on every step of the inspection. They identified four significant shortcomings in the property; which we addressed in our offer to buy. They also took the time to let me know how each appliance worked and whether or not they would require replacement in the near future. Then they gave me hints on maintenance moving forward. The report was very detailed with succinct issue reporting tools included. I'm would highly recommend On the Money Home Inspection Services for any home inspection.

I am glad that my realtor referred me to Jeremy. He is very thorough, organised, detail oriented and punctual (even in cold weather). His detailed inspection report had pictures of the things that needed attention, recommendations and advice on how to make more in terms of health and safety Being a first time buyer and moved in the country only a month ago I was really concerned that I will miss some important detail but Jeremy's report was so detailed that it covered much more than I ever thought to ask. I hired Jeremy to conduct a home inspection on a 10 year old house I was purchasing. Jeremy arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. He was patient and answered all my questions within the scope of his role. Jeremy spent extra time in the mechanical room with me discussing maintenance and proper operation of the furnace, boiler system, in slab heating system, and water softener. He also found some past water damage on a baseboard in the basement which was hard to see and tested it with a humidity meter. Jeremy issued his final report in about 4 hours after completing the inspection. Online payment and viewing his report is easy through his website. I would recommend Jeremy to my friends and family.

I was very happy with the pre-purchase inspection service provided by On the Money Home Inspection Services. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for and made sure to take time to document things as needed for his report. He was also happy to answer any questions I had. I also got a sewer scope done and would recommend this service as well if you are buying an older home in a mature neighbourhood. Having an inspector be able to do the sewer scope and home inspection at one time was really helpful. The price was more expensive than what I have previously paid for an inspection (outside of On the Money and several years ago), however, I was more impressed with the inspection done by On the Money and the price also included the sewer scope so I do think their prices are reasonable and comparable with other home inspection services. With On the Money you will get a very thorough report and professional, high quality service.

I purchased a property remotely, which included using a real estate agent and home inspector named John at "On The Money Home Inspections" in Seattle, Washington. A truly trust worthy company with reliable dependable staff. John was that and more, upon trying to meet conditions we had to re-schedule for another day (FYI - they were booked solid for the next 2 weeks in advance). John was able to accommodate us to have the inspection done 3 hours before our conditions time frame expired and he did this by visiting the property site with the agent after 5:00 PM. He provided a PDF report, loaded with pictures of the building highlighting problems that were "good to know" and ones that required attention. In the report he also made short video's explaining things in a detailed walk through. John also followed up with a phone call post inspection and gave a break down of the report and does a Q/A through out the call. John bought tremendous value to the table with our home purchase. A great guy who is there to help!

We highly recommend this company for Home Inspection services. They were very thorough, personable, informative, and efficient. Furthermore, they were very patient and understanding with all of our questions and provided clear and concise answers to a high degree of satisfaction. They also provided us with much background information, that will help us with preventive maintenance practices in the future. Their walkaround approach was structured, methodical and informative. The written report was available promptly after completion of the home inspection. It comprised a very detailed 'boilerplate' assessment of all aspects of the home inspection, with particular emphasis on noteworthy variances. The addition of color coding made the report easy to follow and understand, and the main points were highlighted in a separate Summary Section. Any follow up questions we had, following the release of the report, were resolved pleasantly and courteously, over the telephone. Once again, we would highly recommend this company.

Need a home inspection done ? Go to Jeremy! Buying a property for the first time and fortunately met Jeremy. As a first time home buyer, we had so many questions/doubts/concerns a day before the home inspection - but after the home inspection we realized - Jeremy is simply an ace at what he does! So good! On the day of the home inspection : - Jeremy reached earlier than scheduled and had already reviewed the exteriors by the time we got there - I know it's hard to wait to ask questions - but believe me when I say this - every question that one can think of - Jeremy includes it in his explanation and detailed report. in fact, we can miss out on asking certain things - but Jeremy wouldn't miss out on anything - Every single question of ours - he answered with "so much patience". We didn't take any notes and every single thing we discussed was in the report we received - He was very thorough, did an amazing job! - To be honest, we feel like we received MUCH more than what we were expecting or what we paid for. Getting a home inspection done and done right is so important. Definitely go to Jeremy. 100% recommend.

These folks are absolutely fantastic. We have contracted On the Money Home Inspection Services now for two separate inspections, and I have nothing but the utmost respect. Both times, the inspector has been personable, thorough, organized, knowledgeable, professional, respectful - just all around fantastic. I hired this company to do a home inspection. Came to the property to find him on the roof telling me that the gutters needed to be cleaned as they were completely full of leaves etc. Fair enough. We proceed into the home. We start in the basement, Inspector spends a total of maybe 25 minutes inspecting the entire basement. He mentions that the rough patch job on the roof in the basement room must be from where they had a leak and just patched over it. There is literally no plumbing in that area that the patch job happened (I later come to find out). I had to actually point out the mess on the ceiling and ask him what it was as he did not even seem to notice this huge irregular patch job. He did however tell me my water meter was leaking. had the city out - no water leaking whatsoever. Main floor has a raised beam and floor is crooked. No big deal the inspector assures us - just lower the beam. Doors don't shut properly - again no big deal just rehang them properly. These things don't point to a foundation problem apparently. I am hoping a second inspector will confirm. Whole inspection took approx. 1 hour and the inspector completely forgot about the garage electrical as well. A month or so later I am having a shower in the basement and the hot water runs at a trickle. I ask the inspector why he didn't bother to check the plumbing in the basement and he offers me a full refund which I did not take because he wanted me to sign a liability waiver in return. I then notice a soft spot near the front door. It is right over where the "water damage" occurred and the basement patchjob happened - but it is not water damage. I look downstairs and the patch job is coming apart and it looks like the ceiling is going to cave in. Oh, and the gutters that were all clogged up and needed cleaning; well, I hired a company to come clean them and they were not even needed a cleaning and I was charged for a job that didn't need to be done. Thankfully it took them less than half an hour to clean the marginal leaves from the gutters. The company seemed more interested in wooing the realtor for future business and rushed through my inspection negligently. Failing to test plumbing and later having my floor cave in (just a year after the inspection) is proof that you want to avoid this inspector or regret it like I did. I am now finding another inspector to see what else was be missed so that I can repair any damages before they become more severe. When I emailed this company about the flooring and roof caving in, I was told "there is lots of help available at this time of the year". Great response! I am curious what another inspection will reveal and I hope it is not terrible news because the report from On the Money is incredibly unreliable and not trustworthy. If the next inspection takes approx. One hour for my 1960s house and garage you can bet they will not be getting paid because there is no way a thorough inspection should take so little time.
