After confirmation of a shuttle the day before (per instructions in the reservation), there wasn't one available when I arrived at 4:30 am on 26Apr. My name wasn't written on the list when I reserved it. The shuttle was taking a flight crew at 4:45 am and they wouldn't let me ride with them, even though there was plenty of room. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport so I didn't miss my flight. I ended up paying more for the parking and Uber than if I had just taken an Uber from my house. On Air Parking refused to refund my Uber or the parking fee. I will never use this company again (I have 3 more trips this summer and will use other means to get to the airport) and am informing all my friends to stay away from this company.
