OMNI Jewelcrafters review: Two 5-ounce pure silver bars

Took ten ounces of pure silver bars to sell at the 700 Lawrence Avenue West location on January 26, 2026.

Robert Raphael was the staff who claimed to be the owner of Omni and that his location is the head office.

He said it was only worth $750 and that he will only make $100 dollars on it so only $850.

Turns out to be a lie, he operated with unfair market trading and robbed me $630, because it's worth $1380. I hope he can live with himself robbing a senior and then being rude after he was confronted.

I hope his senior mother is proud of him as his karma will come back to him ten fold. Turns out he don't own Omni and his location is not the head office. More lies to cover his scam because he did not think that I would escalate it.

He also refused to give me a receipt and told me that there is no law that says he has to give a receipt to a customer.

What a sham claiming to be a reputable company and ranks 143 out of 208 top jewelers.

On 1010 radio claiming to be the best, do not give your business to this company.
