They could not find anyone to fix my plumbing issue so I was told to find my own person. I did so and they submitted a pre-authorization which was approved and the problem was fixed. I had to pay it and was told to submit the forms to be reimbursed which I did. It has been a month and they have supposedly sent 2 checks which never arrived. I am out the money (almost $600) and they have not reimbursed me. Very expensive plan and terrible customer service. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this with no luck.
Recommendation: This home warranty is useless. Buy a much cheaper plan with another company and get the same level of service.
