Old Republic Home Protection review: Request for repair was send to the wrong company and without any services provided informed me that repair was done and case is closed

I called yesterday, APRIL 27, at 12 am and request service to my cooktop and ask to send request to the same company who served the oven inside the stove, The representative ok'd my request but unfortunately send to another company,
the wrong company called me today afternoon and I told them that its mistake, but when I called to customer services and was on hold 40 minutes, computer told me that my request is already repaired today and case is closed, to speak to any alive representative wasn't possible because while I wait 40 minutes, the daytime answering services was closed. PLUS ANOTHER COMPANY CONTACTED ME WITH CLAIM I NEVER MADE AND DONT HAVE ANY SUCH BRAND. What is going on?
