This is a horrible heartless company with absolutely no compassion and the most uncaring and rude customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. I paid my bill just two hours after it was shutoff (without warning) two days ago. It was 31 degrees last night and I have no heat no hot water. They don't care. I've called 6 times and spoke to supervisor. It's appointment only but they won't give you a time so you have to wait at home the entire day waiting for them to get to you. It takes 2 minutes to do what the technicians do and they can't reinstate service for 2 days? Is no one over seeing this company at all? They take advantage of the fact that their the only gas option people have and don't value professional integrity apparently.
