I don't know if I've ever encountered this level of incompetence in my life. First of all, I can't sign into my account, I've been signing Into my account via my e-mail and password for years. Now it wants me to update my phone number. Well The thing is I'm disabled and I don't have a phone number anymore. So I tried to use my mother's phone number if that's not embarrassing enough, and that wouldn't work, it glitched. It said something was wrong. So what do I do? I go to "contact you" and I read that stupid article. That's not helpful. And then what does it do? It says Sign into OkCupid. I type my e-mail in. I type my password in that I've used forever and I can't sign in. What's worse, what makes this incompetent on a whole different level is that there isn't even a forgot password link, so I can't even change my password. to sign in again. so how am I gonna sign in period? This is this is a God tier level of incompetence right here. costumer service pls reply, so you can help me fix this.
