I am getting a runaround from your technical team who cannot seem to explain to me why the valid registered phone number +[protected] used for 20 months up through May 24 and linked to my account suddenly became invalid on May 25. The above ticket was opened on May 26 and I have been told to do various things on my account that do not work; the attachments show the problem.
I note that a similar problem with receiving SMS messages to this SAME VALID NUMBER was raised 5 months ago, and I was told by Jezzeel on January 31, 2026. that "Our team is currently working on site/app maintenance and we expect to have these issues resolved shortly." So, the site issue keeps coming back. Whoever changed my VALID number to INVALID on MAY 25 can change it back. Alternatively, you can either free up one of the other two numbers OR send SMS codes to my email, as this is not my problem. Your team does not answer basic questions, and it refuses to escalate this issue or give me the contact information for your Corporate HQ, which I find unconscionable.
Desired outcome: Restore valid phone number to account so that I can use the platform as I have for the last 20 months.
