NYC Housing Authority [NYCHA] - Constant water damaged ceilings

Constant leaks from the apartment above have rendered my ceilings a mess of cracked and peeling plaster. Multiple tickets have been issued for repair to the NYCHA property and brought to the attention of our Housing Assistant.
It has taken a year of tickets to finally get the repair done.
Finished July 6th, 2020, August 20, 2020 the ceiling is beginning to show signs that the leaks have continued and are now making its way through my ceiling once again.

I did not track every ticket entered the app only lists the last six months. I do have them since May 9, 2020

If the cause is not corrected this will just continue. We cannot be the victims of failed management execution of their job responsibility.
