I received two bottles of Nubiotix with nothing in the package except the packing slip dated 3-2-17 and a total billing of $74.93. I received no instructions or guidance on how to use the product with the two bottles. At my medical appointment yesterday, I showed the Nubiotix to my Primary Care Manager at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and he advised me not to even start them because of all the other medications I'm already taking. I called Customer Service at Nubiotix this morning to ask where to send them to for a refund since they were unopened and unused. The clerk at Customer Service said they weren't returnable and I had to keep them, but she would cancel any future shipments/order. I told her I never was told that they couldn't be returned if I couldn't use them. She said that was understood when I ordered them over the phone. Honestly I never heard that if I wasn't satisfied that I couldn't return the Nubiotix.
I asked to speak to someone who could better identify this situation
She said there was no one else who could help me. My complaint is that I'm the customer and should not be stuck with a product that's not compatible with my other medications. I should be allowed a return & refund. My desirable resolution is that I want a complete refund and will return the unopened, unused products as soon as possible.
2 week free trial
Ordered product for the 2 week trial. I called to cancel order on 1/16 and to my surprise the agent stated that I am now the owner because time expired! He said order was shipped on 1/26 but packing slip says shipped on 1/27. I was told I began my two week trial at that time. That is false advertising! My package was never opened because I didn't have time to use it. I WILL WATN EVEYONE I KNOW TO NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The company is a rip off and they prey on people forgetting to cancel. Shame on you Newbiotic...shame on you!
Terrible product!!
I have ordered nubiotix product and it was a real nightmare. First of all I want to say that their product is not working and the second thing is that they put something dreadful in it! After using nubiotix I had huge problems with my health and stomach! I went to my doctor, and we found out that I had an allergic reaction.
I tried to get a refund but nubiotix refused to give my money back. These clown called me a liar and said they stand behind their product. That thing almost killed me! Don't buy from this site!

Best health supplements
This product does not work. I cancelled within the 30 day period in august 2016 and called back to confirm that it was cancelled in september. All of the sudden they started billing me in october and november for different amounts on my card. I do not have any products and they stole $69.95 on 10/21/16 and again on 11/14/16 I was charged $74.93.
Horrible customer service that has not agreed to return my money and the product does not work.
Nubiotix probiotic digestive formula & digestive enzyme blend
Speaking with a nubiotix representatives on 8/3/16, I canceled my orders of nubiotix probiotic digestive formula and digestive enzyme blend. Since that time I was sent the probiotic formula twice and charged a total of $149.86. After speaking to another nubiotix rep today I was offered a $111.92 refund. When I did not agree to being charged because of their mistake I spoke with the "floor supervisor" who, after speaking with him at length also offered me the $111.92 refund as the best they could do for me. Because a nubiotix representative did not cancel both orders correctly, I am being charged, ripped off $37.94. I asked patrick if he would be happy with being ripped off $37.94 because of their mistake. I asked to speak to his supervisor or anyone else in charge and was told that there was no one else above him that took phone calls. As of this time, my issue has not been resolved since patrick decided to hang up on me. I find this to be an incredibly dishonest way of doing business. I will not do business with nubiotix again and neither should you!
Poor customer service
I ordered the product on a trial basis and because the product was not living up to its advertisement and it was causing irregular abdominal discomfort, I discontinued the use of nubiotix and cancelled my subscription. To my understanding the first bottle was free you just pay shipping and handling but that's not the way it works, if you cancel your order you still have to pay 69.95$. But when I called them the automated system said that I could cancel for 671 and opted me to press 1 on my key pad but because I didn't understand what that meant {$671.00 or 6.71) which was clearly an error on their part, I choose to speak with a representative and explained to them that they where not clear in there pricing so she said that they will honor the $6.71 and would extent the trial period for 10 days. What she fell to mention that I had to cancel before the 10th day with no grace period and when I called to cancel they had no record of me cancelling the first time but the customer service rep was trying to resolve this issue with the supervisor because she stated that there no way for me to have known about that if I had not have spoken with someone, I was told that a supervisor would be contacting me to resolve this issue so far no one has called and I was still charged $69.95 for cancelling a product that was making me sick during the "free" trail period. They only want money not customer satisfaction
Probiotic digestive formula and digestive enzyme blend
I ordered one bottle of each on may 22, 2016 and was to receive my order within 7 days. I did not receive the order until june 4th. The package was damaged and looked like hell, but the bottles and contents were intact. I began taking the products on june 4th and on june 12th, my bank card was charged 69.95 times two, one for each product. I hadn't been taking the product for two full weeks yet and had not noticed any changes. I normally take acidophilus, but stopped while I was taking the nubiotix. I get better results with the acidophilus, purchased from my local pharmacy. I've decided I made a mistake in ever ordering this product. I called the phone number listed with the charges on my bank card and spoke with a man with an extremely thick accent... I could barely understand him and he spoke very fast. I calmly and politely explained that I wanted to cancel my account. I explained I did not receive the product in the time expected and did not have the two week trial period to try the product before being charged and I wanted to cancel my account. He began telling me the company policy about receiving the product within 7 days of order and being given two weeks to fully try the product before being charged the full price. I had to yell at him to get him to shut up and listen to me! I want to cancel my account! Do not send me anymore nubiotix! He finally got it and said he was cancelling my account and would be sending an email to confirm. He was also refunding 15% of the $69.95 for each product I ordered. He said I should have called them to let them know I hadn't received the order within 7 days. I am exhausted after all of this. Do yourself a favor and don't order nubiotix.In my limited experience with it... I get the same results as with taking generic acidophilus for $9.99 (100 pills) at my walmart pharmacy. Lesson learned.
False advertising and poor customer service
I called the phone number that claimed to offer a free trial of nubiotix. However, the catch is that you pay for shipping and handling. It is also a automatic shipment program. After I said no to the offer several times, the customer service offered the product for $19.96. I did place an order unfortunately. When I called to check on the status of my order, the agent stated that "my order had been cancelled. " I didn't cancel the order, but somehow the order was cancelled. The company didn't plan on giving me a refund either. I had to call back several times before I was able to get a 100% refund. The customer service agent said that she could refund 15% of my money. When I told her that I was reporting them to the bbb, she immediately refunded 100% of my money and cancelled my account. I am going to report them to the bbb because their practices are unethical. I am thankful to be done with that company. Therefore, buyers beware!
Nubiotix
I have called this company 3 times now to cancel my account., yet I still receive the product in the mail and my account is debited. I have 3-4 unopened bottles of this product and have now spent over 1.5 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone.
I did finally get through to someone, a person who excels at customer service, Marco (if we were speaking in person you would be able to hear the sarcasm). Marco argued with me about me not canceling my account until today. I did call once before and went through the process, when I hit 1 to cancel I assumed I completed the necessary steps. Then I called again to cancel, and waited for a customer service rep for over 10 minutes and I had to hang up, because I have a job. This is why at 1:30a.m. after seeing additional charges on my account, I called to cancel again. I pressed 1, cancel, as stated in prior call.
This time I also pressed 0 to speak to a representative. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, then Marco answered the line. He then argued with me and told me I never canceled account before and I could not get a refund for 2 fees, as I requested. I tried to explain what happened to him, he told me that was not true and I could not get a refund for more than 1 fee. I was trying to put my phone down and type at the same time and the call dropped.
I then called back, same process. After 5 minutes, Marco was on the line again. He said I hung up on him, he told me I never called prior to tonight, he yelled over the phone and would not let me get any words in the conversation, he said I would only be refunded for 1 of the fees no matter what. I was trying to not lose my temper, but he made it extremely difficult. I finally got a few words in and he said, if I did cancel my account previously what was the confirmation number? WTF, when you call in to cancel you press 1, they confirm and your done. The only reason it went any further was because I wanted to make sure it was actually canceled this time, I still never received a confirmation. Maybe I will get an email with a confirmation, I didn’t after the previous cancelation, obviously. I amazes me when an organization who obviously does not have an efficient customer service department tries to prove I am lying by asking for a confirmation number that was never mentioned in phone call? Or in any follow-up email. I explained I expected the 1 refund immediately, which he agreed to process (not too confident it will actually happen) and I would then have my bank process the other, I should not have to pay additional charges. It is obvious this company is out to take advantage of their customers, I have not even opened 1 bottle of this product. Companies like this one get you when your weak, then they bog you down on the phone, hoping you will not be able to complete process, then they keep taking your money. When you finally wait them out, they treat you like you are dishonest. They should be put out of business, do not ever order anything. You will end up wasting your time and money, then you will be treated like a liar by Marco. Good luck! They will not last long.
I did read someone complaint, which was similar to my own, except I will not even be opening the product. I do not trust a business who preys on their customers as they continue to do. I have 3 or 4 unopened bottles, I paid over $100 and wasted over 2 hours of my time! How do people look themselves in the mirror everyday when they run their business this way, (Marco and Nubiotix (or whatever the name of the company is) you should be ashamed.
I have learned my lesson…..do not ever give in to those quick fix scams……… I will be following up with my bank, I am confident my account will be refunded by the bank, not Marco……

This company is a complete rip off! They screw you coming and going... and the product is CRAP!
It's a shame - I actually liked the product and would have continued use. UNTIL I REALIZED my .99 cent 'free trail; ordered on 7-2-2016 resulted in numerous unauthorized charges, for which I received a total of two 30 caps bottles of the Probiotic Digestive Formula and one 45 caps bottle of Digestive Enzyme Blend. The Initial .99 cents was charged by BestNutrition on 7-2-2016 the same day (the day I ordered the free trail) A $74.93 charge from SuperiorHealth (containing the same merchant transaction information - WATFORD0000000000000GB) posted. About [protected] one 30 tablet bottle of Probiotic Digestive Formula arrived. On 7-23 BestNutrition charged me an additional $69.95. Mid August ONE 45 cap bottle od Digestive Enzyme Blend arrived. On [protected] BestNutrtion charged me $74.93 again I then received the second 30cap bottle of the Digestive Formula. This order contained a packing slip with a ship to address order information and telephone number for Kevin Richardson from Westchester PA. I wonder how much he was charged and what - if anything he received for his trouble. Just the fact these companies HIDE their identity by billing you with different names, ship from a FulFilllment Center - with NO phone number on contact information. When you finally do speak to them they in no way offer help, they STATE the Terms & Conditions and the HOOPS you need to jump through to properly request return authorizations or credit, then instead offer a discount - or partial credit. UNACCEPTABLE and OUTRAGEOUS I'm sure many of these deceptive practices are illegal in most states. Can anyone else see a CLASS ACTION coming? I have paid off my credit card for these charges, in good faith, BUT I will make it my mission to tell this story, file as many complaints, to as many agencies in existence, I will pursue this fraudulent business with a vengeance, until they are stopped. I will stand up and start the fight; every single consumer affected by these greedy slimy who continue to swindle the public with a "Free Trail", that doesn't exist. !st of all product does not work at all. Phone offer I received I pay 29.99 for bottle with 30 day money back guarantee. Called after trying it for 2 weeks and they said they don't have a 30 day money back guarantee even though i wrote it down as i was on the phone when ordering when they said it. I would have never ordered it without some type of guarantee. So when they tell you try it you have nothing to loose you have a 30 day money back guarantee. They are bluntly lying.
They are stealing people's money! I ordered the free trial and I was told that I had 30 days to cancel. I didn't receive the pills until over a week later. I was charged $74.20 at 3am the day I got the trial in the mail. The customer service representative lied over and over again about why I was charged. I'm filing a complaint with BBB. They are liars and thieves and the radio station should be ashamed for running the commercial.
OMG! Why did yesterday i heard the Nubiotx advertising on the radio station? The same station that i got my information from. I had not heard that commercial for months so i figured the station got word about their scam and left them alone. Well no? They
are back and when i heard it i froze and got sick to my stomach. I'm going to report to BBB about it being played on the radio and see if there's a way to stop them from destroying other people's livelihood.

I was charged the amount on the 20th dec. 2012. I do not know the company and of course I did not authorize the payment and I was unaware of the transaction until I checked my balance the following day and discovered I was - $162.95 overdrawn by nubiotix health sciences.
I feel you are over pricing the NuBiotix product as compared to receiving the same product at amazon.com
I just started to use to product and will see if I like it. If I do I will most certainly order this product through another service vendor.
I received several packages for different companies .one with this address titled Prime Healthy You the address is the same po box stated above it was Forskolin . No one ordered this product or the other 2 products I received . I was informed by another company this was a sort of affiliate fraud where an individual will receive bonus if product is purchased so the affiliate will randomly send product out using unsuspecting individuals card . the other 2 companys recognized this as fraud however the rude agent I spoke with told me to go speak with my daughter and insisted she ordered without my knowledge . Meanwhile she's a senior in college and products came to our home address and the products were for senior ailments such as neuropathy and Tinnuits ... this company first told me they would credit back for product but not shipping huh ? watch out for affiliate fraud !
Regarding the above, please cancel all future orders for this product as of 11/26/2017. .Products are no longer needed or required.
