I ordered jewellery from the website, but I wasn't satisfied with their services. I placed the order and paid for it, and after several days I received my order, but the seller sent me wrong one. I called to their customer services team, and a lady promised to check my order and send correct one. I still haven't received my order, but their phone was busy or no one answered to me. Please leave comments about your experience with this seller.

    I have received two orders from One ring was with much lighter stone, then I was ordering and expecting. Even I have sent them( CS) email asking for the darkest stone they can ship, but It was ignored. As a result I've ended up with $100 ring a rarely wearing. Since there is no way to return it, I'm stuck with it.

    Every Order so far has been of excellence. Started with a few pieces from the men necklace collection, received the items in 3 days. This is far quicker than shipments within the continental US. I worked up to Amethyst Necklace and earrings for my wife, this order was put in yesterday morning and I already received the UPS, tracking number and delivery date (Tomorrow). So is that not cool? I have also put in and order for 5 African Masks from West Africa, I got the deal they call "WIN WIN" 1st, I was able to use a Promo code, but then as I was browsing for another purchase (Amethyst Necklace and Earring), I noticed there was a sale just started, I called and not only did Laura honor the new lower prices, she sent me a code for the gift card. The Amethyst Necklace and Earrings, only 4 have been made making these quite unique. Birthday gift for my Wife, I know she will love this set. Anyone that knows wood carving, none are identical, I ordered 5 of the most Beautiful African Masks, I am inclined for the Ghanaian Masks but throughout my searches, will expand my horizons to the Ivory coasts, Zulu Nation and so many more. NOVICA, is my go to store for Oriental, Indian, Bali, Java, West African Décor. Need to add Caribbean Artisans, for sure there are items that will be appreciated.

    I have placed 2 orders with Novica and received items ordered and they are beautiful. I have had no problems to date and I am planning on ordering a few more items today.
