Novant Health review: Appointment personal

I was took back and stepped on scale and blood pressure then to my room. When sitting a lady came in and said I going to play in your nose. I said what? She said I am going to do a Covid test on you. Did ask, just told me what they were going to do. I said no I don’t believe in Covid test or Covid. She said raised her voice and said that’s great I just made her job easier, threw her gloves down. Then the nurse practitioner came in (raenne corirossi) I was telling her this Friday I was flying out and going on cruise. That I had a sinus infection and for 50’s years it always turned into bronchitis over night and I needed to get it tooken care of. She looked in the back of my throat and ears and said I can give you antibiotics and cough medics and nose spray. When I said nothing about coughing other than spitting fleam up. She had a mask on and was scared to touch me. Said she would not give me steroids. I was treated rude and treated like I had a disease and did not listen to anything I said. Well I do know what I am talking about I am a surgical technologist. There is a lot of people excited that Novant was coming. I was one of them. I watch it being built everyday I go to work (Greenville). But how I was treated and service I was given I will be sure to let everyone know they better stay with st Francis and or Prisma.
