My daughter arrived at this location on 3/4/26 around 6:15pm with her daughter, Amari Wilson. The triage person {lady} Monica Silva was "yelling" at the patient, my granddaughter due to not being able to get the swab up her nose for testing. Per information I received, this lady was very agitated and when my daughter {Briana Booker} asked "Why are you being so rude?" She was ignored; question not answered. At this point the doctor came in; Dr. Laura Weatherbea {?} I can completely understand that at the end of the day, everyone is tired, but there is no reason that a person should be treated like "filth" especially if they're already feeling bad. PLEASE HAVE A TRAINING LESSON ON HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL.
