November 2015 I sat on of NASC meeting to advise me regarding immigration to Canada. After the meeting they were pursuading us to pay money and get discount price on overall process without submitting any document at the spot. I got excited and I paid 1000 AED to secure a place for me then they told me to sign the contract ince it is ready. Then I signed the contract which is total of 9000 AED for me to pay them on monthly basis to process my immigration to Canada. However, I attempted to take IELTS exam twice but I couldn't get score of 6 in each part of IELTS. My overall score was 6.5 for two attempts. They told me verbally that I need to have 6/10 for each Listening, speaking, reading and writing. My writing score was 5.5/10 for both attempts. I stucked with IELTS and I can't proceed without it... Then I noticed how fool I am and paying them monthly 1000 AED and they are doing nothing. I have processed WES equivelancy myself to Canada to compare my BS Nursing with Canadian one. Then I decided to stop paying and cancel the process because it is waste of money. I sent them email and they said we will close your file. I asked for refund but they said no.. Ok thats fine! wasted 2000AED. Then during June 2016 I recieved a call from AlWadi Debt management asking me to pay outstanding amount the remaining 7000AED. I asked advise from lawyer who said don't pay them anything. They keep sending me emails and phone calls annoying me and they have no right take any additional Dirham because they didn't proceed with my file. any advise in this matter? Shall I go to police to inform them how they are keep stressing me out?... They even send me legal notice stated that if I didn't then I will be banned from UAE and will affect on my bank priviliges! please send me your advise on hassan. [protected]@live.co.uk

I visited NASC in abu dhabi last year 2018, ask me to pay 7000 aed for professional fee to start my application process. So i paid on the spot 5000 aed and have balance for 2000 aed payable after a month.
After a month, there was an emergency in my home country, I wasn't able to pay the remaining balance and told them to cancel my application.
Early this year, I received a calls and emails, telling me to pay my remaining balance which is 2000 aed.
I told them i will not pay because i already cancel my application and i am not interested to proceed anymore.
I didn't ask for the refund of 5000 aed because upon signing the contract, he said its non refundable. waste of money!
So now, they send an email threatening me to file the case, banned from the immigration etc..
Please send me your advise regrading this matter.
