You know the saying a picture is worth a million words. Well. I screen printed every page with my account, my ups label that was created, but not shipped. I saved my online live chats to text document and I am gearing up for making a change. This company needs to be shut down. I purchased items for my business, my teenage daughters and more. I have yet to receive them. Well the conversation I had with the live operator online got me no where. They claimed it has not been more than 30 days since I purchased the items. On their website it says 10-14 days I pointed that out to them!
I had several hang up phone conversations until I threatened to get a hold of New York Attorney Generals office did someone actually speak to me on the phone without hanging up, but yet nothing was resolved. I gave them until this Wednesday before I contact the Attorney General's office. If I do not have my product at my door by then. I think that is more than enough time. A guarantee delivery date on a website is a Guarantee. If not then they should put on the website. We don't know if you will get your merchandise, because we are just a bunch of idiots going through several drop ship companies. Oh yes-- That is what they are doing. They are going through drop ship companies, charging more than what the company actually sells the item for- Most of which are knock offs- If you would like more information on how you can get this company to stop what they are doing feel free to contact me. Or The Attorney General's office in New York, USA.

I will not become a raving fan of nomorerack.com. Why?
The description of the products were wrong-
The items were not as described.
The tablets do not have usb ports- The keyboard was said to fit the tablet I bought it does not. There is not a port to plug it into.
The shipping was only expedited after I had said I would contact the Attorney General's office.
I always save invoices, receipts etc when I purchase online and always do screen shots and cut and paste conversations to protect myself as a consumer.
I am trying to run a business myself and I would not want my customers to feel that they are not getting everything they asked for.
You have very poor customer service- People hanging up on customers- Rude.
Your company needs to figure out the system much better.
Also be honest about the product you are selling. Low grade product will still sell just be honest and you will keep your customers much happier.
Also better change your shipping times from 10-14 days on your network to 30-45 days on your network so customers know exactly how long they have to wait.
I-- however don't understand why someone would have to wait so long unless the product was being made.
So-- No I will not become a raving fan, I however hope you take my suggestions into consideration and get some of your rude customer service phone operators. Especially the one named Kim-- Very Rude. She hung up on me!

I ordered products for Christmas and didn't come in. I was able to get a respond thru email indicating the products were oversold and the refund was issued. Yes the customer service is not great but I was at least got a hold of someone and I got the refund as promised.
I have orders many times after the incidents and have no problem. In fact i just received my order yesterday. My advice: be patient and do pay attentions to product details before ordering.

I also ordered sheets at the end of February that never came. I was given a FedEx tracking number on March 1st, but that tracking number has never gone anywhere beyond "FedEx received info" So it's not coming. I have sent three emails asking for my money back, and I keep getting the reply that it takes time to work these things out. No it doesn't! Ship the products you sell or refund my money!

I ordered Christmas gifts and they were wrong sizes and more than half the order never showed up, they said I never paid so they cancelled. I said I gave my card number and it was on my bank statement. They said send a copy of the statement and they will send a refund. I sent it recently return receipt requested and I am waiting for the receipt and hopefully a refund.of over $400. dollars.

Yes, we as consumers need to band together to get this ridiculous company shut down. I order an item over two week ago and still have received it, so I called and told them to can my order and issue me a refund. Well, this past weekend I had the shock of my life when I went to the store and my card was declined. Well wouldn't you know it MY CARD WAS HACKED! and the fraud department at my bank thankfully caught the transactions and closed my account. I live in N.C. this company is based in N.Y. and that where one of the charges came from. So, I put two and two and did research on this company and ran into all these complaints the BBB has over 1500. Wished I did research before providing these scam artist my debit card number. How can possibly still be in business company started business in 4/23/12 bbb received complaint 8/12. WOW!
