I purchased a set of Bowflex weights and the transaction went through smoothly and successfully. I received an email confirmation of the successful order and it said I would receive another with a tracking number once the purchased product shipped. After failing to hear from the company for several days, I logged into my account at NoMoreRack.com only to find that the order had been cancelled. I received no notification by phone or email about this, so I wrote to customer service requesting an explanation. They merely replied saying it was a "supplier issue". My credit card was charged and so far no reversal or refund has been issued. This is a completely misleading advertisement and subsequent renegging on a contractual agreement of a purchase and payment made. I'm awaiting their reply to a subsequent contact by email expressing my dissatisfaction and desire for some sort of compensation to rectify this total breach of agreement and lack of customer care. This case will be forwarded to the NY Attorney General's office as well as the FTC since it is an interstate transaction.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
