They did repairs to my home in July, and I have already been told by a real estate agent that the soffit and facia upgrades to my home have added value added to my 84 year *** bungalow. The crew was on time, the lead person answered my questions and cleaned thoroughly upon completion of the work. I love how my house looks now!

Had a very positive experience with Nombach from the beginnning to the end of my project. Cliff informed me of exactly what to expect, so there were no surprises. When the workers came out to complete the work, they were prompt, did a professional job and thoroughly cleaned up everything upon completion of work. This is the second time I haved them, and Nombach will always be my go to company for roofing and gutter work.

I am so disappointed with this company. I wanted to have my house tuckpointed--both my chimney and ALL loose areas. I called Norbach and they came out to give me an estimate. We talked about replacing a portion of my gutters also which were too small to accommodate the amount of water that runs off that section and I wanted the downspout moved to a better location. I showed the estimator the way my old downspout was set up to drain away from my house WHICH WAS ESSENTIAL. I signed the contracts after asking the estimator to walk around, just one more time, to make sure there wasn't any additional tuckpointing that needing to be done; I did not want to have to pay for more than one job for this work. We had this done once before 30 years ago, so I hoped this would be the last time I would ever have to pay to have this kind of work done and that my house would look great afterwards. The tuckpointing men came first. They did a very good job but told me that ONLY MY CHIMNEY was scheduled to be done even tho there were several places they would have suggested I have fixed. There were several holes in bricks and loose mortar they could casually see! The chimney work was done well & there was no mess in my yard when they were done. The next day the gutter men came. They installed a new gutter that works just as I hoped. BUT... there were rusty nails and the 6 old gutter clips left in my garden which I found after they left when I knelt on one of the nails! They assured me the drainspout was far enough so that the corner of my house would be fine. NOT SO. One of the main reasons I wanted I wanted the new gutters was because I did not want water puddling up at the corner of my house. The new downspout was only half the distance I wanted. I wanted it to go out of the garden and it only extends a few feet away from the house and dumps into a low point so the water pools back at the corner of my house. The last couple heavy rains have been worrisome for us. I had told the estimator that we had flooded basements in the back and wanted the water away from the house. After paying a LOT of money--they were NOT the lowest estimate--I now have to go out and get a piece of gutter on my own to extend this? I think that is wrong. One of the things the gutter installers did was move my downspout. After they moved it and I walked around the corner of the house I realized that the mortar behind the OLD downspout now need tuckpointing REALLY BADLY. It is essentially missing there. Plus this is in a spot on the house that almost every visitor sees when they come to visit me. Shouldn't the estimator helped me to realize that. Shouldn't he have advised me about that? I have emailed several times, called several times, spoke to the inspectors who came after the work was done to check on the result and still no one has even called me, come to see my problem, or fixed anything. This has been a month and no follow-up. The work was done in late April . It is now the end of May. I would not recommend this company. I am now going to have to contact another company to finish the tuckpointing and have spend additional money to finish the downspout so I don't have a flooded basement again. Such a disappointment. They did the work--just not the work I hoped for.

On June 8th, I met with Edward H. Bachler Jr. and signed a work agreement, puttin' down a $300.00 deposit. Mr. Bachler, the estimator, said the work would begin in two weeks. It's been a whole month now and still no sign of the work startin'. I called the company twice, but the receptionist just told me to wait for someone to get back to me. Ain't heard a peep from 'em yet.
