Nissan of Union City I purchased a 2020 nissan rouge from this dealership and traded in my 2014 nissan sentra in February , the dealer had the finance company go

I purchased a 2020 nissan rouge from this dealership and traded in my 2014 nissan sentra in February , the dealer had the finance company go over all my paperwork and I signed the documents. The problem I have is that when I went to register my car and tag in Jacksonville Florida where my previous 2014 nissan sentra was registered the tag and title office in Jacksonville told me that my fees were $161 over the amount needed to do the transaction and that they would be sending the check back to Nissan and that I was to receive the difference. I have contacted the dealership by calling email and reaching out to the salesman whom emailed me and told me he was passing it on to several managers at the dealership today is May 31 and I have yet to get any verification as to where my check is from the dealership.

Nissan of Union City Was told that i had Gap Insurance which was why my car payment was almost $30 more

Was told that i had Gap Insurance which was why my car payment was almost $30 more. Car totaled and No Gap Insurance. I purchased a car on 10/11. The 1st loan was approved, so my husband and I came were approved on 10/31 by *** Financial. on the first contract we had Gap Insurance. According to Mark ***, the contract was the same, just added my husband and removed my son from the contract. We were also quoted as having Gap insurance. My car was totaled and when I called ***, I was informed that we do not have Gap Insurance. According to Rusty ***, we have a Maintenance agreement for $1500. Now we are stuck with paying for a car that we no longer have. This was a HUGE MISTAKE on Nissan of UC's part. We were told that our car payment was $426 because of the Gap Insurance. We were actually trying to get it under $400. Please let us know what we can fo moving forward.

Nissan of Union City 2/24- I got my transmission replaced here

2/24- I got my transmission replaced here. 6/7- I took my car for an oil change and told them about rattling since the transmission was replaced. A Multi-Point Inspection was done, and they said they did not find anything wrong with the car. 7/1- my car stopped accelerating while driving on the interstate. I had my car towed to Nissan. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he would call me back. Nissan told me I need to have the starter replaced before they can even begin to see what else is going on with the car. I asked about the inspection that was done on 6/7 and was told that was just a flashlight check. I decided to take my car for a 2nd opinion and found out the flywheel was broken due most likely to a dowel pin being left out or loose when the transmission was replaced. I called Nissan to speak to the manager again. The manager will never come to the phone or return my call. I have been waiting on a callback and a resolve since July 2.

I *** am very displeased with service I received from Warren Ali of Nissan Union City branch. I received a text with an itemized list of everything wrong, according to Nissan diagnostics reading, with my car asking for service approval. I sent back an approval. I then sent the same list with my approval over to my insurance agent Paul from Progressive; damage and collision department. Paul then, the very next morning, went over to Nissan, still, nothing has been serviced on my vehicle, and spoke to the service department with myself on the phone. Paul explained unequivocally that the only repairs that are being paid for from the insurance claim are damages that occurred from the auto accident. I then, over the phone agreed and told the representative, that Paul was speaking to, to only fix the repairs that are being covered by the insurance claim and nothing more. Still, at this point, nothing has been repaired on the vehicle. I then receive a call 08/11 informing me th

Company refuses to follow through with refund promise on down payment after GM left threatening messages demanding return of the vehicle. Vehicle: 2019 Nissan Sentra VIN: 3N1AB7AP1KYXXXXXX Purchase Date: 1/16 Vehicle Cash Price: $14,168 Taxes, Transfer Fees, and Hidden Fees: $4285.15 Finance Charges: $13,638.27 Total Sale Price: $32,091.42 Cash Down Payment: $750.00 Payments: $474.87 I am writing to warn consumers of the tactics this company uses to cheat customers like myself out of money and out of a vehicle. I was forced into a vehicle I didn't want and had charges snuck in w/o being able to read the contract which was provided via a computer screen. I was prompted "Click, initial, click, initial, etc." and ended up being tricked into an almost $500 payment for a used compact car. When financing fell through, I received harassing / threatening phone calls and text messages to bring the vehicle back or charges would be pressed. I was constantly threatened throughout the day with "Private Investigators, Corporate Nissan coming after me, *** Ayjai claiming ownership of Nissan, and multiple calls to my job" I was assured my refund would be given for my down payment ($750 Cash). Upon further communication, I lost all contact with *** Ayjai, Terry (sales), Linda (admin), and Barry Bannister (Corporate Threatening me). I have supporting documents that promised the return of the full down payment amount made, along with the original sales contract confirming payment was given to Nissan Union City in the first place. I am extremely concerned with the lack of effort and the amount of lies being / promises being given without follow-up on a company level. It gives a VERY unprofessional look on the overall character and standards of Nissan as a whole. This notice is being posted to the ComplaintsBoard.com, sent to *** Ayjai via Certified Mail and E-Mail, and E-Mailed to Makoto Uchida, CEO of Nissan. I will give the Union City, Ga. location this last effort in good faith and hopes that they will honor the original guarantee without having to move forward with any legal processes. All supporting documents including the service contract, copies of chat via the web, and the voicemails and text messages from *** Ayjai, Barry Banister, and Terry Rogers will be made available upon request.
