I contacted NISI through the Samsung site for a tv repair.
I was sent a text message telling me that I would have to bring the tv in as they didn't send service into the home for a tv less than 50 inches.
I though okay.
Two days letter I get another message telling me that what I was told was incorrect. They will send someone out if the tv is NOT under warranty. But if a tv is under warranty they will not send anyone out.
My tv is not under warranty. Then before I could call for an appointment I get another text message stating that the second message was incorrect. They will NOT send anyone out for a tv less than 50 inches.
My tv is 47 inches and I am not physically able to carry it.
They need to make up their minds.
Today I got a message informing me that my service repair had been cancelled. I never got the chance to make an appointment. Plus I was informed that I would be charged a $80 trip fee to bring the tv into their shop.
